Elite contractors contacted us after we had a home fire. They met us at our home and promised us…read morethat they could get this job done efficiently and cost-effective. They promised that they would give us weekly reports so that we could all stay on top of the project. Unfortunately, that was not the case. It took approximately seven months for the project to get done and upon moving back in and settling down in our newly built home we found several issues that were not complete. After trying to contact Elite through a young gentleman who worked with Elite we have gotten zero response back from them in regards to making the repairs that need to be done. Once they received their last payment from us they never contacted us again I would not recommend using this company -- the work they did was sloppy, they were not as professional as they claimed they were and we are highly disappointed. We have since had to hire a handyman to go throughout the house and make the necessary repairs.
