First and last time I will use this service. I had an order placed for service today with a 12-3 window. By 3:05, no call and no show. As soon as I called to find out what was going on, the men showed up. I had been told that I would get a call when the men were on their way. I gave them my home phone number, and they told me the dispatcher texted my cell phone. Then it comes time for the grout seal, and I went to choose the color. Well, they were out of the color I wanted. All of this after the order I made and received an email for clearly indicated I was getting a color seal for the grout. Nothing left but clear and white. Apparently they had a job before mine and ran out of other seal colors. I would think that when you have a few grout cleaning/seal jobs lined up for the day, you would have ample supplies to cover the jobs. I am so sorry I ever went with this company. I wish I had paid more and gone with a small private company. read more

I've used Stanley Steemer for about 5 years now. The rugs are beginning to look matted and worn out but I must say the job was done right this time. Last time, they were in and out within 45 mins and the job left something to be desired. This time, the guys spent a lot more time on the stains and were able to get them out beautifully. Very disappointed in this service. The technicians told me that the reason the spots didn't come out of my rug was that wool was the most difficult to clean. Any expert will tell you this isn't true. Results on my sythetic rugs weren't any better. read more

This is the second time I have used this service. The first crew (last year) did a very good job. This time, however, the crew left stained areas throughout the cleaned rooms AND the management refused to honor their 10-day re-cleaning policy claiming, instead, that we would be charged the full cleaning charge AGAIN (only 8 days after the initial cleaning). I would NOT recommend this company. Their product quality is too Inconsistent. read more

The service guys that came out were very professional. I did have them do more services than originally contracted and they did a nice job. I'll give the carpet cleaning 1 star because there are still 5 good size stains on my carpets that they said they could get out. I called to see if there was anything else they could do and they said no. I will say they did a much better job than Servpro. I then had them do all the tile in the house and I give that service 3 stars. It was clean but could have been cleaner. Especially around the toilets. I also had them clean all the hardwood floors and put a maintenance coat on. I give that service 5 stars. The hardwoods look great. read more

Guys came on schedule, were efficient and did an excellent job. The rug looks better than it has in a long time and all stains were removed. The rug was not left too damp, as others have left it. A little over $100 for a 330 SF room didn't seem to high, and they moved all the furniture and cleaned underneath; I didn't have to do anything. I'll use them again and again read more

I was very happy with the results! They got a "Tide", stain out. The only issue I had was they hooked the hose to my kitchen sink and it was leaking and I noticed the water had gone under my sink and cabinets! I helped clean as they did too. It finally dried last night, but I'm not sure if there permanent damage. read more

Used for the 1st time -- I'd never had carpets cleaned before, so didn't know what to expect. Took advantage of online $99 special. My living room is large so I knew (per the website) it would count as 2 rooms. Also added deodorizing to the package, so full amount for cleaning of large LR & upstairs hallway + deodorizing to both = $166. I thought that was a great deal -- majority of stains came out of LR carpet (puppy training, kids spilling drinks). Room smells nice & clean. Very professional, explained what they were going to do & yes they did ask if I wanted to add any other services, but I just said no. Explained how long it would take to dry, to not wear street shoes, and to keep the foam blocks under furniture for next few days till dry. Also confirmed cleaner would not be toxic for my dog to walk on since ingredients were all green. Very pleased with results, service and price. The techs were fairly professional but needed to keep front door open and nearly froze me out the day they were here. Also, they said it would take 3-4 days to dry but all was completely dry within a couple of hours. They did not move boxes nor did they clean carpet at the edges of the room. The 2 service guys were very professional and polite. Everything was done neatly and orderly They wanted to make sure I was happy with everything and if I wanted them to redo anything to just tell them. I had many different stains, from wine to rust and they actually got them all out! I called on the phone to make an appointment and was very pleased with girl that scheduled my appointment also. She spoke clearly and explained everything. She answered all of my questions. I added a service when they told me it would really help the carpet stay clean. I've used the tile service before and had a better experience. The guys were very nice and polite but were dispatched to the house without the equipment to clean my tile. They had to return to the office and come back. That resulted in an even later appt. The floors were clean, but I was told I have stains "that just don't come out". I scrubbed with cleanser the next morning and removed them. Same thing around the toilet. This wasn't a particularly difficult clean so I'm not giving a pass. read more

i called today to schedule a carpet clean. Expected to be put on a list. I was surprised when she told me they could send a crew today. Jose and Eli arrived as scheduled and did an amazing job. My carpet is white and hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. I had quite a dirt build up in the heavy traffic areas of the carpet..The Carpet looks great. i didn't expect a miracle, and I didnt get one, but it is at least 90% better than what it was. While they were here, I asked them about my tile floor in the kitchen, I then had them strip the floor of built up wax, and clean the grout. My tile is very light beigh, but prior to cleaning the grout was a very dirty brown. I don't believe the builder ever sealed it. Jose cleaned it on his hands and knees. it took 90 minutes to get it all done after it was stripped. Then he mopped it. It looks amazing! I have a friend coming over just to see the floor!...I know sometimes the small mom and pop companies do a better job, but I am 100 per cent satisfied. Thanks Jose and Eli! read more

I ordered the on-line special for $99 for 2 rooms and a hallway. I also asked them for a price for a stairwell, and they said my total bill would be $173, I asked again about the $99 discount and they said it would be applied at the time of service. When I asked them to break it down and show me how much I was paying they said again that the $99 special would be applied at time of service. After they were finished the bill showed no $99 discount because I added a extra room to be cleaned. The bill was itemized in this way 3 areas, 2RM and a stairway for $151. And a hallway for $22.If they would have told me when I asked them to break it down, That I would be paying $74 for a strairwell I would have refused that. But all I had to go on was they kept telling me it was going to be applied at time of service. This was very misleading and when I told the manager that, he told me that this is the way it is, I said fine, but I was never going to use them again and also a lot of my neighbors that live in this condo complex are going to be told about how they trick you into paying more and mislead you.
