Ductz was referred by my HVAC contractor for mold abatement. This month had Wade provide a proposal…read morefor cleaning and disinfecting HVAC ducts on both sides of our duplex rental. Wade explained the process and what options were available. Price was fair and we scheduled work in a weeks time. The structure was built 1947 and even though the HVAC systems were replaced twice since, the ducts were NEVER cleaned. They removed plenty of dust/soot/pollen and pet hair. The 2 techs were able to clean both sides in one day. I would recommend Ductz to anyone, there were zero problems, ducts/air handler are nicely clean and my tenants enjoy cleaner air.
