After reviewing the quote and doing some research, I went ahead with the work, and he and his crew made plans to come out. I actually ended up expanding the scope of the work when they arrived because they made a recommendation on-site, and a very fair price to go along with that. I needed some help clearing the space where they were going to spray, and they were more than willing to help me, which was awesome--"we don't mind, we are here to work" was his exact response. If you're exploring insulation options, do yourself a favor and go with Cocoon Spray Foam.

Upon completion of my job the young men that did the work informed me that they could receive a small bonus from Koala Insulation (their company), if I gave them a satisfactory review. They both worked very hard in difficult circumstances and did what they promised to do. I would have happily given them a good rating, but the survey never showed up. When I called the home office, the clerk said that they (Koala has nothing to do with the survey) and there is no way for me to give the workers a rating. Sound to me like they are scamming their own employees to save a few busks. . . very few bucks. Any company that would cheat their employees would certainly cheat the customer. BUYER BEWARE!!
