It took at least seven minutes for someone to come talk to me at the front desk because one of the cashiers was on the phone reporting a theft. 7 minutes later about 5 and ploys came out of the bathroom. The cashier took 15 minutes to take care of my order which was fairly simple. He found all the parts I need it, but for the wrong vehicle. After that he had to start all over. I went to Advance Auto Parts first and they had everything on paper within in five minutes. They just didn't have it in stock or a little ordered it there. I don't think this is a reflection of all O'Reilly's or probably even this place at a normal time, but it's something to think about when you're Auto Parts shopping. I'll definitely go to Advance Auto Parts first in that area before I would go over to the Linwood O'Reilly.

I had to have an alternator replaced. This guy put it on but as soon as I started driving it, it started making these huge noises which was something that had not happened before he worked on it. The guy wouldn't fix his bad mechanical work. And at that point I didn't trust that he could do it anyway! I now have to get the work completed someplace else. I don't know yet if this guy caused extra damage to my vehicle for not but if this store recommends this guy to work on your car....forewarning, DON'T do it. All he did was cost me more money!!!
