I had an amazing experience with this company, Stand Up Guys, and it truly lifted my spirits after the year I have had. For the past two months, I had been trying to evict a non paying tenant through the court system and this gal trashed my property inside and out after being angry that she lost the case. A big thank you goes out to Randy for his five star customer service and overall kindness. He took all of the trash and junk from the garage today, and I can finally see the floor again. Update:They contacted me after this review and refunded about 25% off so upgrading to what I'd give them now. Original review: Paid over a grand to get all the junk hauled off, and they hauled off all the big stuff. However, I spent half an hour to 45 minutes picking up all the small stuff they left in my yard, including an 18-inch chromed bolt and many brightly colored pieces. So there is no way they didn't see them; they just decided not to pick them up. read more

These guys were great! Showed up on time with short notice, worked fast, and attentive to what is and isn't junk. Also they had great attitudes and were fun to be around. The price was good but they dumped my sofa on the next street. One guy came in a pickup truck and he was not dressed up like the website. I don't know why they charge you for a disposal fee and dump it on the next street, I could have done that myself read more

Stand up guys junk removal is phenomenal. They bailed me out when I needed to get the last bits of junk out of my apartment to leave on time. But they went above and beyond. His name is Tavon... That dude rocks. He was incredibly nice and super Attentive!!! One thing our movers failed to do is remove my drapes, and I no longer had a step ladder there because we had it at the new place. and Tavon was just there to pick up the junk I didn't want. I decided I would just leave the drapes with the place because they were very high-quality from West Elm. Without even asking Him, he just knew that I wanted them. So the next thing I know he's bringing out these expensive drapes all folded up with all the hardware. I don't even know how he did it, the drapes were hung about 10 feet high. Although they changed the time to a few hours later they were very communicative and honest about what they had scheduled and what time they could come.
