Our immediate job of laundry room remodel was quickly quoted and scheduled. Tim talked through the options and was very supportive of giving recommendations. Knowing our subfloor had leveling issues and was creaky we decided best was to go for full tile floors instead of keeping laminate / vinyl. We had subfloor work, new porcelain tile, beadboard accent wall, and new thresholds by R&R 360. We were given the freedom to choose our floor tiles locally. The work was completed super efficiently within 2 days. Tim was on site overseeing the team off and on. When I had follow up questions he was quick to respond. The job required digging twice into the city street, but they did so without complaint. I should mention that they took great care in restoring our front yard/garden to its original state, including a gravel walkway with curved metal edging.
