After already leaving a review for the horrible job they left me with (since been redone now by different company). I will respond to my last review and their comment under it. They UNKNOWINGLY took me to court AFTER THEY RECEIVED payment IN FULL. Thankfully the judge saw them for what it was, retaliation after receiving a bad review from their shotty work! They left MASSIVE sink holes after excavating for new sewer. When confronted with the issue, they called the police for harassment and attempted to sue me for non payment. I paid them the day they started the job in FULL and they lied in court! Fortunately the judge dismissed with prejudice BECAUSE IT WAS PAID ON TIME. Everything about this business is criminal. I only give this company 1star because I could not post a review with no stars ! I would never recommend this company to anyone. I live in a sub of 206 homes and we hired them to completely redo our roads, they came in and ripped up the sub and then they have just disappeared for the last 6 weeks ! Many of us have been calling and emailing them with no response. Please do not hire this group of clowns. read more

TLS deleted my review on Facebook. Very unprofessional company. It took a poor review on Facebook to get their attention, even after multiple community members contacted Steve at TLS many times. TLS has been a very poor choice for our neighborhood project. They said 6 weeks until completion of our project (they began in May), and we have now gone nearly 5-6 weeks with no work done at all by TLS (it is now nearly August.) They provided false time lines, false statements about why they are not on site. If I could give zero stars, I would. Find someone else for your project. read more

Been working on our subdivision to get roads done for over two months and still now even close to being finished!! Meanwhile there is construction equipment all over the sub, roads are flooding from half finished work, the subdivision looks like trash. All They do is make excuses about equipment being broken or phony rain delays. Obviously, they are at another job and don't care, because I'm sure have had a good amount of money paid out. Meanwhile, many residents are trying to sell homes and everything is trashed and I'm sure these jokers will be here in the middle of school bus traffic. Company is the worst for following through and doesn't give a $&@* about anyone. Complete joke!! read more

TLS connected me to the mandatory sewer hook up in Tyrone Township this past December. The owner came out to my house and went over what they were going to do and how long it would take them and how long I would be without a working bathroom (not long and I wasn't home anyway, er, so not all). TLS worked with myself and several of my neighbors and gave all of us a reduced rate. They also handled much of the paperwork and permits and had a subcontractor for the electrical part of the installation. Sara, the Office Manager was wonderful and a big help - returning all emails and phone calls promptly and answering all my questions and coordinating all the necessary paper work and monies (with my lender) and myself. There was some damage to my lawn, I suppose that can't be avoided with the heavy machinery needed to do the job and the trenching and what not and this was clearly stated on the quote that I received from them (does not include restoration of property**). I didn't have a say in the (mandatory) sewer hook up and I put it off until the last few months - TLS had the lowest price and still gave all us a discount for working together. They did the job quickly and with minimal disruption of my lawn. I was completely satisfied with the job they performed and would recommend them without hesitation.
