If I could have given negative stars I would have , they filled an 1800 flowers order on the 14th , the flowers where spouse To arrive to my mother for her bday on the 15th , I called 1800 flowers on the 15th at 8 pm and they said that the flower shop confirmed they where out for delivery , next day now on the 16th , my mother still did not receive her flowers, called 1800 flowers to cancel order and was given a refund from 1800 flowers late that night a delivery driver dropped off wilted flowers and a moisten box , with semi deflated balloons , embarrassed that this was even delivered in this condition , I called this flower shop directly to speak to a manger or owner , spoke with an associate on the phone and told her what happened, she seemed to care and said she was sorry they have had staffing issues , but took my name and number and said the owner would call me , again was looking for no monetary compensation , but just wanted to talk to the owner about how her business was being ran and just the disappointment that I had , well it's been 7 days and still have not heard from this owner , I find it terribly unprofessional and rude to not call back customers who are giving feedback to there business , 1 star all around for terrible flowers and customer service !! read more
