Last week I went into Rockcastle's website to arrange for flowers to be sent to my dad today and saw that they deliver birthday cakes, so I placed an order for a birthday cake. I was so excited to receive a floral arrangement from my daughter for Mother's Day however, when I unwrapped it...the flowers were wilted and the leaves were already dropping from the stems. I called Rockcastle immediately making them aware of the quality of the arrangement. They were very upset that I did not receive a bouquet that met their and the customers expectations. We recently chose Rockcastle for 2 large floral arrangements for my grandmother's funeral. With only one day's notice, Sean was professional, friendly and above all provided great customer service and product. The 2 arrangements were exactly as described by Sean (slight color and flower modifications from photos in book). We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Rockcastle. And we feel the prices were very fair ($160 and $189, delivered, for large arrangements that included lovely roses). I'm still impressed. FYI...Rockcastle Florist has recently moved to 100 S.
