He came and gave a bid. HE WAS NOT the cheapest but seemed as if he would be able to do what was needed in a timely manner. He came to give us the bid right away... during a time that many would not even return a phone call. We wanted the trees cut down and the wood removed, completely. Also removal of the stumps . This he did do, and the stump work was very good. Better than most I have seen from others. (Our neighbors were left with roots in their yard from the people who did their trees this summer) All in all we are very, very pleased. There was only one small hiccup in part of the wood being removed. But this was not Ken's fault. Another tree service had wanted of the large trunk pieces and I could not get that company to come and get them. Ken also tried, but to no avail as this other company must be very busy as well.... so Ken did come and cut them into smaller pieces and take them away. We could not be more pleased with the end result... And will recommend him highly.

We had regraded our hillside and needed new grass planted, along with ground cover on the hillside…read more Part of the hillside would be planted with periwinkle and mulch. A Few days after the work was done in this area, I was watering it, and saw something unusual in the mulch. The workers had buried an empty, crushed water bottle under the mulch! At there suggestion, the other part of the hillside was to be sown with trefoil. The only thing that came up in that area was weeds, weeds, and more weeds. Even after hours and hours of back-breaking weeding, very little trefoil ever came up there. Another landscaper told us that the trefoil should never have been covered with the straw mats--that's what encouraged the weeds and made weeding more difficult. Eventually, the massive amount of weeds in the grass was taken care of by our lawn-care service.
