A year later, they were back to tear out the evergreens and re-landscape my small front yard. It looks amazing! Brett and his crew are very professional, really nice, do a wonderful job, and their prices are fair, actually very reasonable, and brett stays in touch and is prompt. I'm having them back this summer to do some further work.

This is my first year hiring Paslow Lawn Service to cut my grass. I'm not very impressed by the…read moreprofessionalism that I've experienced. They rarely ever come when they are supposed to. If I'm hiring them to cut the grass weekly, I expect them to be there to cut the grass weekly, sometimes it's at least 10 days until they even show up, and I'm having to call/text asking where they are. If paying for the every 10 days, they sometimes don't show up for 2 weeks. There has been less than satisfying excuses every time. There's never anything offered to please the customer to potentially try to make up for what they didn't do correctly, which IMO, is poor customer service. When they actually do show up and cut the grass, there's always stray grass strands standing up throughout the yard and doesn't look like the best job is done with the trimmer along the edges. The only thing that is fair, is the price per cut (but if it's done correctly). I most likely would not hire again for another year.

The foreman left to get the rest of the crew and the work began, but without any quotes, which concerned me. I asked the foreman to stop twice along the way but his response was to say we needed to finish the truck. Concerned, I called the owner, Rowdy, back that evening, He called me back the very next day and we worked out a solution. He gave me his word and said he would make it right and have it fixed by the end of the following week. Without me even following up with him, Rowdy kept his word and called me back to confirm the date and fixed the issue on time and to my satisfaction. While there was an issue with the one foreman (who I have since learned was let go for other issues), the quality, customer service, and price were great and I would absolutely hire them again.

Let me first say that I didn't hire this company. And I rarely leave reviews, never mind bad ones…read more But I'm also a small business owner, and I'm really disappointed by this company's lack of professionalism. I booked a consultation with Bobbie, and confirmed our appointment the day before. The arrival window was between 10:30am-12:30pm. I took the afternoon off of work to be home. If he had even just texted to see if later would work, there would be no issue. But with no communication, at 1:15pm I texted to say I was disappointed with the no-show and that I must look for help elsewhere. At 1:45pm, Bobbie knocks on the back door as if nothing was amiss, seemingly unaware of our agreed upon time window. I told him I had texted him, but he obviously didn't see it. He asked if I wanted him to look at the job anyway, and I politely said that I was sorry, but I needed someone reliable. He said he WAS reliable, and sauntered away openly appalled that I wouldn't want to work with someone who made me lose income and wait all afternoon for nothing. He and his truck were very professional looking, but that's where it ends. I wouldn't refer this company to anyone.
