He agreed to help me out and was so positive to deal with even though it was a large amount of stuff for him to haul. I asked about the business and he said he and his brother are excited to continue the business with their dad who has been around for 32 years. I couldn't believe how nice and willing he was to help me! I'm looking forward to visiting their nursery to get plants for my new yard. We were very impressed with these young men!! We are all happy with our results. Ryan is a wonderful communicator. He gave us great input on what to consider from the very start. He listens well too. They. Take. Great. Pride. In. Their. Work. They want their customers to be happy as it is Ryan's company for the last 10 years or so. They do stone work. Landscape beds. They love it all. They do interior painting during the winter months although we had all of our painting already done this past summer. We loved them and would not hesitate to tell you to put them into the mix when interviewing people! They are approved with the H.O.A. Insurance information, etc. variances may take a while so please plan way ahead. Include photos of where the work is to be done. The quotes were all the same prices by the different companies- EXCEPT for one which was a lot more expensive. The three of us all paid different prices based on the approved plants we wanted. He came and gave a bid. HE WAS NOT the cheapest but seemed as if he would be able to do what was needed in a timely manner. He came to give us the bid right away... during a time that many would not even return a phone call. We wanted the trees cut down and the wood removed, completely. Also removal of the stumps . This he did do, and the stump work was very good. Better than most I have seen from others. (Our neighbors were left with roots in their yard from the people who did their trees this summer) All in all we are very, very pleased. There was only one small hiccup in part of the wood being removed. But this was not Ken's fault. Another tree service had wanted of the large trunk pieces and I could not get that company to come and get them. Ken also tried, but to no avail as this other company must be very busy as well.... so Ken did come and cut them into smaller pieces and take them away. We could not be more pleased with the end result... And will recommend him highly.

Fairfield replaced a few but not the 15 hollies that must have been diseased when they planted them. Fairfield will not stand behind their warranty despite numerous calls from all the homeowners. They have given us Party line responses saying the winter was harsh (we had one week of real cold here) and that the Hollie's will recover (I doubt it). Such a disappointment in this local company that doesn't seem to care about residential work purchased by individual homeowners. They are only interested in local developers and big jobs. Warranties mean nothing to this company.
