They showed up…read morepromptly to evaluate job, gave a detailed estimate with plant allowance, and an estimated work date. They met the date, completed the work in two days within the price estimate to my complete satisfaction. I was apprehensive on the design and Tom calmly explained his process. Sadie confirmed plant placement prior to work. They responded promptly when I had questions after the estimate. All the workers were kind and conscientious doing such intense work in 90+ degree weather. It's so nice to work with responsible people of integrity. I received their name from a friend that used them and I am equally pleased. I highly recommend them.

The foreman left to get the rest of the crew and the work began, but without any quotes, which concerned me. I asked the foreman to stop twice along the way but his response was to say we needed to finish the truck. Concerned, I called the owner, Rowdy, back that evening, He called me back the very next day and we worked out a solution. He gave me his word and said he would make it right and have it fixed by the end of the following week. Without me even following up with him, Rowdy kept his word and called me back to confirm the date and fixed the issue on time and to my satisfaction. While there was an issue with the one foreman (who I have since learned was let go for other issues), the quality, customer service, and price were great and I would absolutely hire them again.

This is my first year hiring Paslow Lawn Service to cut my grass. I'm not very impressed by the…read moreprofessionalism that I've experienced. They rarely ever come when they are supposed to. If I'm hiring them to cut the grass weekly, I expect them to be there to cut the grass weekly, sometimes it's at least 10 days until they even show up, and I'm having to call/text asking where they are. If paying for the every 10 days, they sometimes don't show up for 2 weeks. There has been less than satisfying excuses every time. There's never anything offered to please the customer to potentially try to make up for what they didn't do correctly, which IMO, is poor customer service. When they actually do show up and cut the grass, there's always stray grass strands standing up throughout the yard and doesn't look like the best job is done with the trimmer along the edges. The only thing that is fair, is the price per cut (but if it's done correctly). I most likely would not hire again for another year.
