We were a customer of Galati Landscaping since 2016. We had them plow and salt our lot as well as landscape our building. However, when it came time for them to plow this year, they did not show up. I called and was informed by Tara that I did not return my contract that was sent in August. In the past, Tara always called us anytime there was any questions about our service, so I was shocked when she informed me that they had no room in their schedule for us. We had several issues over the years with damage to our lot but last year they hit a vehicle in our parking lot causing a significant amount of damage. They did have the vehicle repaired, but their service quality has steadily declined not to mention the appalling customer service. read more

I would highly recommend Galati Landscaping for any type of landscaping work. From the initial estimate to the actual project, they were very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. I hired them to install a french drain on the upper tier of my yard, where water would cascade on the lower section of my yard during heavy rains. They provided ideas on how best to treat the problem, and provided a very reasonable estimate for the work. Their employees are extremely professional and courteous, and really went above and beyond installing the drain, making sure the surrounding areas were properly graded, as well as cleaning up after the job was completed. I would not call Galati Landscaping again. I was told by the owner that I would have my property looked at. I sent her the information she requested. I never heard back from her again. I resent info again and asked if she was going to send me a estimate. And never heard back fir her again. I can understand not being able to help me out till spring .. but at least follow thru with what you tell a customer you are going to do. Owner Tara G. I was beyond frustrated, so I did a search online and found Galati Landscaping. I am so happy that I did! Tara has the best customer service skills and actually communicates with you. She also has employees that have worked for her for a long time, which also impressed me. Our yard had been neglected for years.
