It was truly one of the highlights of my trip and I would highly recommend visiting to anyone in the area, and I hope to go again in the future! The parking nearby was a short walk but nothing crazy, and once we got to the Market it was shaded very well and had such a variety of stands both inside and outside of the buildings which I loved. It was a little hot outside so it was nice to be able to rotate between both areas. There was also such a great mix of stores, restaurants, snack stands, and artisans and crafts throughout. We grabbed some aguas frescas to sip on while we explored and they were delicious and a great price for how big they were. We had a big breakfast but it would be nice to try some of the many lunch spots they had throughout the market. The stores had everything but I loved the amount of talavera pottery to choose from and stocked up as much as my suitcase would allow. Prices are super reasonable as well considering these are handmade artisan pieces. I use my tazas everyday and they are the best coffee cups I have ever had. The merchants are super friendly and helpful as well. Everyone was very welcoming and made it a great experience. I hope to be back in the future!

Unfortunately, the vendors' food was underwhelming and expensive. I was coming from California and was excited to compare Mexican street food in Texas, but the options were very bland. Esquites - $12, 5 street tacos - $18, Chicken Gorditas -$11, Agua Fresca -$10 I did enjoy looking inside the markets (don't forget there are 2 different buildings for you to do your shopping). I've never been in to the arcade section of the store so I can't really comment on it, but I love how they always have anime playing on one of the walls in store and will host different events like Smash Bros and Beyblade tournaments and/or practices. Their merch selection is constantly growing too, so there's always a wide array of things to peruse through. Plushie keychains and blind boxes, anime figures and gundam sets, and the aforementioned snacks can be purchased here amongst so much more. I'd highly recommend checking this place out! It's a great place to hang out and the vibe's always great!

The old filling station converted into an antique shop has no AC and doesn't open until 11 on Fridays, so during the summer in Texas it is already pretty hot by then. There was a public bathroom in the middle of everything so that was nice. Also stopped by cheetahlish boutique store and barely got in the door before the guy running the register made us feel unwelcome by immediately stating that there really wasn't enough aisle room for us. Needless to say, we left pretty quickly after arriving. Would like to come back to see John T. Floored and restaurant and music venue. Lots of big and small artists seem to come through

Wish they would widen their selection. The store really used to be a great place for finding funko…read morepops and now it's not even close anymore. They rarely promote them on social media and mainly just promote cards. That's great but there are so many card shops. So yeah it would be nice if they widen their selection on funko pops and other collectibles. Like comic books are listed but they don't have them. It would be great to see comic books there. Also with the cards it would be nice to see like Star Wars or marvel cards. Hopefully this doesn't sound harsh but I've seen this store before they moved to this location. I know they have the potential to be a lot more. It's just disappointing that they have leaned so heavily to cards. When people like myself originally came for different stuff.

I will say that their selection is not as big as some of the other stores that i've seen, but they still have some great deals. This visit, we got a pan to cook with, a phone charging card, some protein powder and even some beauty products. If you're looking to find some great deals, I would definitely recommend to take a walk around and see what you can find.

With the closure of Tuesday Morning, Ollie's has become my favorite local discount outlet. The…read moredeals are about as good at other discount stores, and admittedly it's fun to see some of the corporations' failed experiments. For example, who in the world wanted grapefruit flavored Listerine? Parking is plentiful but damn, the lot is run down so watch your step. Service is decent, selection is quite varied in particular in bedding and dry goods. As someone else pointed out, you can get great discounts on food products but be sure to check the expiration dates on some of them! YMMV but for my dollar this is a discount chain worth visiting.
