My niece had her birthday here. If I could give it zero stars I would. While the space is nice &…read morethe gal is patient with little girls she couldn't spare a moment for either little boy at the party. Here's why I'm The most disappointed in this place... My younger son has sensory issues & we always come prepared to things. I stayed next to him to help & had something extra to keep him busy. Towards the end he ran off with a birthday balloon (that we brought). The owner threatened to call security on my 4 year old! She said she had "put up with him" for an hour. He hadn't broke anything, hadn't hurt anyone, hadn't damaged anything in her store & SHE hadn't dealt with him at all! The level of rudeness and sheer audacity of her unkindness towards a child blew my mind. I will NEVER recommend someone's business who is judgmental of a child that is different. You shouldn't be running a business that offers children's parties if you can't have a little patience & kindness.

I'm surprised there are no updated photos or reviews about this Longview gem!…read more No worries. I'm here to save the day. We've come to the CDM a few times. It's always a fun low stimulation activity we enjoy doing on the rainy days. We love all the inclusiveness to the facility. It never seems to be too busy. Parents have always been very attentive to their own children. There's a little kid room. I'd say more for ages 1-7. There are signs and rules to follow. Our child hasn't got sick from this place yet, mind the signs, please. When a sign says "shows off" take yo shoes off. Then there's a bigger kid room (my toddler loves it nonetheless). This room has more ages 5-10 age range. There's some nature stuff, a tiny grocery store with cute carts. Doctors office. The train was a newer one. There's different STEM type activities as well. Very open space for many kids to play at once. It's extremely cute for a nonprofit kids space. Then occasionally they have their "Science Room" open. It's pretty cute! A little more for older kids like 7-13. Definitely keep an eye on your more squirrelly kids in this area. But very cool space when it's open! Anyhoosies, we really enjoy the CDM. They also do events quite often. I believe they have a mascot. They're pretty active on their Facebook page. Only downside, their hours change often it seems. We can't go often due to our schedules not matching their open times. It's okay though. I understand staffing can be difficult and whatnot. Hope this helped! Happy Yelping(:

I enjoyed the all natural aspect of this patch more than others that typically have nice neat rows and whatnot. This one just felt more farm like and messy, in a good way. My only issue was the paying to get in part, then 3 pumpkins being nearly $60. I thought we HAD to pay admission to get in, but afterwards it seemed as if I didn't need to. Admission is $10 a person & you get unlimited bouncy house and hay rides. But later I noticed you can pay separate for hay rides, so overall I was kinda sad I paid entry cause we could've done without. Oh well. Anyhoo, not a bad little pumpkin patch that's local and not too out of our way.
