Inconsiderate business owners…read more I mistakenly parked in this businesses parking lot (after their business hours) as a first time guest at a neighboring business. I was gone for no more than 30 minutes and they placed three full-size sheets of paper with adhesive on the back of them on my vehicle. The paper was a warning about being towed if I park there again, which I completely understand. Why on earth do they need to place adhesive on the back of the paper? THREE? One on the driver window, one on the passenger window, one on the windshield in front of the driver. These papers are intentionally rip apart so taking them off requires goo gone and while I successfully did it if this happened to an elderly person they would be screwed. Genuinely inconsiderate people. A paper on the wiper would serve the same purpose. Would not recommend shopping from people who treat others this way.

Elevated Press is absolutely amazing. Michelle and Peter are two of the nicest people you could ask…read moreto work with and extremely professional and "on top of it" to boot. I came in with a very scattershot idea of what I wanted for my wedding invitations and Michelle very patiently listened to my thoughts and expertly guided me through choosing paper and figuring out what I wanted more exactly design-wise. (Keep in mind that you can also come in with a print-ready design and they'll print it up for you! I highly, highly recommend their design work though--SO beautiful.) Throughout the design and printing process Michelle kept me updated on every development through email and responded quickly with any questions I had. At one point I thought I might have to make a last minute change, but then realized I didn't, and she very gamely accomodated my waffling, even offering to rush order a new plate for super-cheap if I needed it. The entire process from first meeting to getting the invites in my hands took about 5 weeks, so make sure you give yourself ample time if you're interested in their services. Also--it ain't cheap, but it is so, so worth it. Each invitation is truly a work of art and people have been going nuts over how amazing they look. I cannot recommend Elevated Press highly enough! Such a wonderful resource to have in Ann Arbor.

We were greeted by Sherry who introduced us to one of the artists that make the magic happen. He explained exactly what needed to be done. I was thinking it would take a few days. We were told it could be done in an hour! We took a nice scenic drive and when we returned the job was done AND the rings were sparkling clean, beautifully repaired prongs and the resizing was perfect. I can say we were very impressed with the knowledge, competence, and instant service from La Jolla Jewelers. There is a reason they have been in business here in Chelsea for over 30 years! I highly recommend this company. The show room is delightful to stroll through as well. The pieces they produce are lovely works of art. The service is beyond stellar.
