Also while custom framing is an investment, Phoenix has many different options (e.g. they even have a 3rd type of glass so you're not stuck with either REALLY expensive museum glass or nothing). Then when opening the shop, they quickly said they were not taking orders that day as they were doing other things and would not let us in or take our order. I was only in town for the weekend and couldn't simply come back. They sent us to other local framing stores claiming they had the same frames, but the others did not. It would have been an easy sale of at least $1000, but instead they didn't wish to help us and sent us away. They were rude as well, demonstrating quite an elitist attitude. They provided 2 options (flat rate) and were able to start the following week. They started work in the morning (arrived on time) and actually finished same day.
