The only driving range my son and I would go. Since I found this place, this has become our favorite playground. They also have batting cages, that was really fun too! Starting from low pitch 35mph and work your speed up as you keep practicing. You only pay for the card and how many plays you'd like and they provide the equipment for free ( for batting only ). My son and I celebrated Mother's Day here with a putting practice session, including a bet to increase the enjoyment; it's something we both took pleasure in doing together. All crew were nice, friendly and helpful! Access to the range is easy, lots of parking spaces and the best part is, you can do both ( golf and batting ) activities in one location!

40mph cage is the lowest speed

At first it was hard to tell where to go for the play cards but we asked someone in line to bat and they guided us to the pro shop. Buy whatever package you want and off you go with your card. We got the 12 plays so with the card cost if $3, it was $30 total. Don't lose it or you'll lose your plays and have to replace the card for $3 again! Then go to whatever speed pitching cage you want to and wait in line if there is any. It's helpful to have someone with you since you have to hit the black button to start outside the cage. Even the lowest was pretty fast for beginners like me and my kid but we started getting the hang of it! The balls were heavy and dense so our hands hurt when we made contact. Make sure you to use their bats that are free to use so yours don't get all dinged up! They also have a driving range side for golf that's big too but we just came for the baseball. This place is big!

From the beginner to the advanced golfer, I see all types of people utilizing Stadium golf. You can come out leisurely and just hit some balls, or go into full training mode with their computer program on the upper range. It'll give you distance, ball flight, and more. They also have a short game area that you can pay extra for but stay as long as you want. It includes a really nice putting green, chipping area, and sand traps. My son took advantage of the batting cages, so it was cool for me to be able to get some practice in for my golf game and for him to work on his hitting. Right off the highway, it's not too hard to get to and it's a great place to take kids or go by yourself. They also have a full pro shop if you want to take advantage of that. This is a great place for San Diego golfers.

Management and staff are friendly and supportive. Decent parking. Conveniently located. Would love if they had advanced technology to measure performance.

This place is awesome! It was my first time at the batting cage! Just go inside and load a card ($3) unless you have one already. My friend and I did 12 plays which was $27. You can choose between softballs or baseballs. They will provide bats and helmets. I believe each cage have a different ball speed you can choose. Just swipe your card and press the black button for the balls to activate! Super fun and good practice! You can also choose to golf here so I'm definitely going to check that out next time!

    Best driving range in town!

I've been a regular at this driving range for a couple of years now. Is the range that doesn't let you down when it's raining, when it's dark, or when it's packed. It's such a fun place for the whole family, but it's also a great way to disconnect from everything and hit some balls alone while you contemplate. I like the different levels and amenities the place has. The staff has always been so warm and helpful. I just love this driving range. It's my favorite in all San Diego.

A great experience for my cousins hubby from the Ozark's as this was his first time learning about golf. A great place to go for a first timer. He enjoyed his experience so much that his wife invested in a new set of golf clubs for him! Lol

The only fastpitch softball machine they have and I've never seen it actually working.

Great place to practice your golf swing, putting and short game. I am lucky that it is only a 10 minute drive from my home.

Due to COVID rules, only the turf was open for the driving range (grass was closed) but that didn't matter much.

I can't believe it took me so long to discover this place! Being a jack of all trades you can't expect everything to be excellent. The mini golf is not the greatest, and the food is not great. But it's an entertaining venue and the food will fill your belly. Meanwhile, you'll be enjoying the outdoors and the beautiful green environment.

While the aesthetics of the bowl were somewhat lacking (mostly brown really isn't the most appetizing of colors...), the flavors were there. Ordered at the inside bar, then took my food outdoors. Shoutout to the live music!

I've always tolerated the usual annoyances, but today's experience was disappointing. I attempted to play the 9-hole course with my girlfriend, who is new to golf. She was mostly coming to walk along with my friend and me, but wanted to hit a few tee and approach shots for practice. We were more than willing to pay for an extra round for her to be more comfortable on a course. The pro shop said this was fine, yet the starter/manager turned us away solely because she didn't have a full set of clubs, stating it is policy. This decision felt arbitrary and is inconsistent with my experiences here. I've repeatedly seen regulars on the 9-hole course play with few clubs, no bags, and dressed poorly without issue, yet she was singled out and denied. She was dressed appropriately, had the clubs she's comfortable with, and the interaction was unnecessarily hostile. While the course is kept in decent shape, the pace of play is always extremely slow, the range is in poor condition, and staff can be hit or miss. Experiences like this make it hard to recommend, especially given all the other issues. To the starter who turned us away: this kind of behavior doesn't grow the game or help the course. She was extremely excited to be included for a round and took the afternoon off of work to make it, which you ruined for some small power trip. This is a budget municipal facility, and if policies are going to be enforced, they should at least be enforced consistently. I've been around golf courses since before I could walk and have played courses around the country, and this was easily the least hospitable interaction I've had with course staff. Do better.

The green fees are $85, but my friend informed me he paid a $25 advance hold fee per person, so make that $110. I doubt one would be able to simply walk on to this course. We booked a few weeks in advance and only had two tee time options. We had an 11:30 start time, but didn't tee off until 11:50 due to a tournament, which was backed up. That said, I was both surprised and annoyed to see they allowed the foursome ahead of us to walk versus take carts. We were held up all day and didn't finish until just before 5 PM (sunset was at 4:45). My only other caution is there are at least two holes which run along heavily trafficked streets, where a lot of construction was also underway. If you're easily distracted by noise, this is probably not the course for you. We saw the cart girl on two occasions. Cold beverages and cold food, only. If you want hot food, you'll have to order before you start, after you finish, or between the 9th and 10th holes. I do not recall seeing any bathrooms on the back 9, so be sure to moderate your drinking or else roll the dice if you can't hold it.
