I've been renting from Stadgenoot for a while now, and they have been absolutely wonderful. In a city where finding a great place can be stressful, I feel incredibly lucky to be in this building. The location is amazing, and the rent is very fair for the quality of the apartment. What really sets Stadgenoot apart is how responsive they are. Whenever I open a ticket or have a maintenance issue, they handle it quickly and professionally. Great value! But it's the community aspect that really blows me away. Last summer, they actually sponsored a huge garden party in the courtyard behind our building! They encouraged us to invite the whole street and provided beer, wine, and food. It was such a generous gesture that brought the entire neighborhood together. I love living here and honestly don't plan on ever leaving--the only way I'm going out is feet-first!
