I had a call with one of their advisers and they are friendly, open, have a lot of good information regarding mortgages for houses to leave in, first call free of charge, they act as intermediary if you choose to go with them so they take care of discussions with the bank/financial institution who'll provide your mortgage. Also the fact they assign you a person whom you can contact all the time you have questions is good. They have details you might not think of, give you more choices than a bank gives you. I was very pleased. As a minor negative note, if you are interested to make a mortgage for the purpose to rent out (as investment) they are not specialized in this, so you might want to look somewhere else for details of that. They have knowledge also about that but since they specialize in mortgages not for the purpose of investment you'd get more details regarding this field somewhere else. read more
