Stacy was awesome!! I highly recommend her services for your next event. Not only is she professional but cool too. I hired her to bar tend at my husband's 40th birthday in our home. A month or so before the event she helped my put together a list of alcohol and mixers to purchase for the event. The day of she arrived on time with ice, brought her own bar and cooler and had everything setup quickly. She kept the drinks flowing, including making shots and handing them out to guests. She was constantly walking around picking up cups and napkins. She really helped keep things going. Thank you Stacy for helping make my husband's bday party successful! read more

We had the pleasure of working with Rolando from Stacy's Event Bartending. He Bartended our wedding on 10/06/18. Rolando answered all of my questions prior to the day and also provided a lot of details on how things would go. On the big day is did a great job serving 120 guest with another bartender assisting him and bussing the tables. He engaged with the guest and made the drinks the way they were ordered. We would definitely request him for our future events. They are very responsibly priced for their great service. Rolando also made use a engraved wood wedding gift with our last name and wedding date. So thoughtful. Thank you for the great service. read more

To be clear ... 2 Stars for Stacy's Event Bartending Service and 5 stars for Ryan and Josie. Stacy lives on the east coast (not in Oceanside) for my wedding because my venue only allowed her if we wanted alcohol. Originally my venue told me one price and when I got the quote it was 100 more. I'm not sure that's Stacy's fault but it's still something that stands out to me about this company. Also the night before my wedding I received an email or voicemail - not sure which one - that I hadn't paid my balance when I had paid it weeks before. It seems that Stacy and I had a lot of miscommunication and I'm not really sure why. I see all the other reviews and I just didn't have the same experience. Ryan and Josie were great. 5 Stars!! I only saw them a few times but all my guests had a great time and I didn't have to worry about the bar. Thanks so much! read more

I was the wedding coordinator where Stacy had Ryan & Josie bartended. I did not have much interaction with Stacy, but she came highly recommended from the Venue (Mission Bay's Women's Club). Needless to say, this review is more for Ryan and Josie. They were great to work with! They arrived at the venue on time and setup was quick. Communication bewteen us during the wedding was streamlined and fun. Then they helped with cleanup, which was greatly appreciated! I would definitely suggest any bride to hire these two again. Thanks guys! read more

Synopsis: Stacy did not meet my expectations. Though she was budget I felt like she lacked the professionalism that I would have expected from any vender providing a service at a wedding. Though she boasts experience she did not follow directions and lacks customer service. I would not recommend her services. We hired Stacy's Event bartending service for our wedding on 06/14/2013. She was recommended by our Caterers and the price was right so we went with it. She was to tend the bar and serve approximately 100 guests beer, wine and soda at our cocktail hour and reception. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed. To give you the quick version Stacy was to pour beers into cups and not give guests bottles or cans. We were trying to keep our wedding classy and not litter our beautiful table settings with beer bottles and cans. This was requested in February in an e-mail for which she replied "I will gladly pour the contents into their cup or glass". As the cocktail hour began Stacy did not adhere to our wishes and passed out beer cans and bottles to our guests. Stacy was reminded not do this and even after continued to pass beer cans and bottles out to guests. I (the groom) personally had to ask Stacy to stop doing this. I received an answer something along the lines of "but the guests are asking me for more than one drink." Bottom line when my boss tells me to do something I do it. I don't know why Stacy felt adamant about not pouring drinks into cups as we had asked and she had agreed upon originally. Furthermore I observed Stacy consuming a drink behind the bar. I can't assume it was an alcoholic beverage but it looked like the sangria we were serving our guests. I have worked behind a counter before and something I learned from day one is you don't drink behind it. I know the various restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and lounges that Stacy claims to have worked at don't allow her to drink behind the bar let alone consume alcohol behind it. I would have appreciated the same respect and professionalism at my wedding. Overall I felt like Stacy dropped the ball and really treated my wedding more like a back yard barbecue. I would recommend that you spend the extra money and find a true professional. Rolando was absolutely wonderful! He was the head bartender for our March 31st wedding. He contacted me a week before my wedding to make sure we had everything we needed and see if their were any questions. He arrived with plenty of time the day of and set up efficiently. He was incredibly personable all night and even made up a gift! Our entire wedding party complemented us on him and what an awesome job he did. Best decision I ever made! Not only did Corey and Melissa do a great job at my husbands bday party. They cleaned up and stacked all The alcohol back in my house. It was great I had no clean up to worry about! Stacy was very helpful and easy to work with. They both took care of my guests and their crazy request and handled the shits and everything perfectly! Will definitely use them again. read more

I used Stacy for our daughter's graduation party! Our bartender, Rolando contacted me the week of my party to ask if I needed help with the menu, offered suggestions and came an hour early to set-up. Had a white board which listed the drinks he had (whatever we bought in alcohol) and was ready to make whatever my guests wanted! He also cleaned up his area before he left- definite plus for me (one less thing to do)! read more

Stacy's Event Bartending is simply put: the best. We have worked with Stacy and her team professionally and personally a countless number of times. As a caterer, we recommend her to ALL our clients. She is hardworking, friendly, highly experienced, punctual, affordable and FUN. Personally, she has bartended at our family events (including weddings) and everyone is always impressed and happy. All these numerous positive reviews are just the tip of the iceburg, work with her and you will see why. Thank you again and again Stacy! read more

Stacy is THE BEST! She recently bartended our wedding of over 230 guests, with many drinkers. From the beginning, Stacy has been professional, direct, and responsive to my millions of questions. She provided a recommended bar list (amounts, types of alcohol, etc.) that was a great guideline. Because of the size of the wedding, we had 2 bartenders through Stacy. They were quick, helpful, and very nice. I could not believe the skills and speed she had for our group - but she kept everyone happy and with a drink in hand. Stacy is great and I will most definitely use her services in the future and recommend her to all friends and family. read more

Stacy did an excellent job as our bartender for our wedding. She was always quick to respond to emails and professional w/ her organization and recommendations to help us plan the bar menu. Her prices were very reasonable and I loved that she was direct w/ all her communication. She kept everyone happy and glasses full w/ our wild wedding guests ~100 ppl. Thanks Stacy!!! read more

Rolando was the lead bartender at a wedding for which I did the day-of coordination on September 8th. He showed up with plenty of time to setup and was warm, engaging and professional. I hope we get to work together again! read more

We used Stacy's Event Bartending Service for our June 29th wedding and were so pleased with their services from the start. Stacy and our "day of the wedding" bartender, Rolando, were great communicators and answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly beforehand. Come the day of our wedding, Rolando arrived early, was organized, and was extremely personable with all our guests. This is a great company to use for all bartending needs, and definitely request Rolando!! read more

I highly recommend Stacey. She helped me pick out drinks I needed for my wedding reception, is very affordable and very professional. She even picked up ice for us for a small fee so that we didn't have to worry on the day of. She was full of smiles all day and I can't say enough about what a wonderful job she did setting up, serving drinks and cleaning up. She's the best! read more

We hired Stacy for our wedding on 6/14/13. The entire 8 months leading up to the wedding I felt that communication was lacking and unprofessional. I remember writing an email and receiving an answer of just "no". No signature or greeting, or even a thank you for asking. Before the wedding, we had asked Stacy to pour beers and sodas into clear cups that we bought. I did not want coors light cans and other beer bottles on my nicely decorated tables that I worked so hard on. During cocktail hour as my husband and I were taking pictures, we noticed people walking around with bottles and cans. I figured maybe she forgot. We had someone tell her to pour the beers into cans. We finished with photos and went down to our reception. Again beer bottles and cans were being handed out. I started to get irritated and had my husband to ask her to pour things into cups. She gave him attitude and said "some people are asking for more than one drink." Ok so pour them two drinks its not that complicated. After that she was still handing out bottles and at this point I am pissed. I am about ready to go talk to her myself when my wedding coordinator took over. She poured everyone's bottles and cans into cups and told Stacy not to do it anymore no matter what. I had guests come up to me tellingly she was bitchy and annoyed that she had to pour their drinks into cups. Well it was my wedding and I wanted it that way so it would look classy. I do not recommend her and would not hire her Again. Find someone more professional! read more

Rolando headed up the team for our daughter's wedding at Bates Nut Farm this past weekend. He did a fantastic job, pleasant to work with and extremely helpful in answering all our questions. We could not recommend him more highly for your next event. He responded quickly to all our questions and made the event truly special for our daughter and our group. With over 350 people in attendance, we were pleasantly surprised to see how smoothly everything went. Everyone had great things to say about the bar service. Thank you so very much! read more

We used Stacy and two of her servers for our Wedding on 3/30/2013. They were amazing and beyond my expectations! We planned our wedding completely on our own and Stacy and her servers were our only staff. I sent her a list of to do's for the day of, and they did absolutely everything I asked and in a very professional manner. If you need additional servers for your event, I highly recommend going through Stacy. We had a small budget for our wedding and I searched for multiple vendors, but Stacy's prices were unbeatable. All around great service and I am so happy to have had her for our wedding! read more

Stacy was very attentive to my needs and had a great response time, where I made my reservation she met all my requested needs less than one week before the event. Mo was assigned to our event and we couldn't ask for anyone better. He was very professional in appearance, in taking care of our guests and in interacting with me, the client. Not only that but above and beyond than expected with helping clean up when he had Down time. Very friendly service and he made delicious drinks. Excellent service and I would go back again! Thank you Mo and Stacy! read more

Stacy's bartending services were professional and the 2 bartenders kept our 250 guests happy at our wedding reception. They were on time, and even flexible when we decided to extend our reception another hour and asked if they could stay on. They were fun and easy to work with and friendly with our guests who commented on how great their services were. We especially appreciated their feedback and assistance as we decided on what drinks would be served at our wedding. The sample shopping list they provided us based on our needs was extremely helpful and reduced a lot of stress and planning on our part. We can't thank them enough for making our wedding night unforgettable for everyone. read more

I've used Stacy's Event Bartending on numerous occasions. She's personally been our bartender and we've had 2 of her staff work events as well. Stacy has been nothing but professional from day 1. She helped me put together a list of everything I needed to make my events a success. On the day of the events she arrives on time if not a little bit earlier, gets everything ready, throughout the events she's always on top of everything g even going beyond what we expected. On one occasion we also hired a server/busser and man did that make my life easier!! They were on top of cleaning up after my guest making sure the food was always full. A big plus if you want to actually enjoy your party and not have to worry about that stuff! I look forward to working with Stacy and the rest of her staff in the future!! read more

We had 220 people at our daughters wedding at Bate's Nut Farm this past weekend. The two bartenders (not the owner) were wonderful. Everyone had high praise of them. They were polite, efficient, clean and very easy to work with. Was surprised it was only a very small deposit and we paid after the event! We are not from the San Diego area but if I was we would certainly use them again. Wish I knew the names of the bartenders but never got their names, sorry! read more
