After I shared what we were looking for, she recommended Cascade--and it was exactly what we needed. It's so family-friendly and has lots of activities for kids. She made the whole process feel smooth and was there for us every step of the way, right through signing the lease. She's incredibly friendly, and we're so happy with her service. After our introductions Alexandra provided efficient and fast service that I did not get from the other 4 agents I was working with trying to move here to Chicago. I did tell her i was running out of time and needed to move within the next week, the quality of options and the variety if options was exactly what I needed to see as I was getting stressed with the whole "moving in the summer to Chicago". She was very transparent and when we were dealing with difficult realtors she was not hesitant on reaching out for me to find out what the hold up was on their end to really get me in a place that I was interested in. Alexandra would send me morning texts to check on statuses if I was getting emails replied and getting in touch with the home owners. She did a really amazing job delegating my stress and communication with everyone I needed to all the way until i was officially moved in. At times I felt i was probably annoying her and I apologized for being antsy and she told me that everything was ok and that there was no need for me to apologize. Her goal was set to get me through this process as smooth as she can make it for me.. I will be sending all my friends her way and i will not use another agent as long as I live here in chicago!

It was very difficult at first to locate a place because my son is disabled and I needed a building with an elevator in a certain area. I contacted Caryn and Dave at Apartment Solutions in Naperville, Illinois. They stepped up immediately and fought so hard for me. I cannot say enough good things about this team! Dave really pushed incredibly hard to make sure everything went through. Thanks to their absolute dedication, they came through in less than two weeks with a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental complete with elevator and garage parking. If you need a team that will truly go to bat for you when the pressure is on or you are looking for a team to help you find housing with dedication to your specific needs, look no further than Apartment Solutions! CL3 managed my condo for 3 years while I lived out of town. Unfortunately, my experience with them…read morewas disappointing and I have to give them 1 out of 5 stars. Their communication regarding issues with the property was inconsistent, depending on the person handling the matter. This was especially the case when tenants were changing over. They failed in the most basic and vital of tasks when new tenants move in, i.e., assessing any damage to the property or other issues caused by the prior tenants and reporting it to me, the owner. Instead, after both sets of my tenants moved out, I was left to figure out by myself how to handle issues caused by the outgoing tenants. On one occasion, there was a puzzling incident where one of the repair vendors they contracted with may have serviced my neighbor's unit instead of my own. Instead of confirming this with the vendor, CL3 asked me to contact my neighbor to see what occurred! I did so only to find out that the vendor had serviced the correct unit (mine) after all! In all, CL3 seemed more interested in collecting the monthly commissions by doing as little as possible than in helping manage the unit. For property management, I recommend looking elsewhere.

The professionalism, congeniality and joie de vie of the sales and design staff was pinnacle to closing a solid real estate deal. The feel of the place had us at hello. As we meandered through the unique spaces we were enamored by the look, the feel, the sense of community. There is a genuine sense of home from throughout the private residences and common spaces. The concept pulled in "like and like" as the owners at 1800 represent genuine, unique and compassionate. It is so amazing to share skyline lit, roof top wedding and birthday celebrations, holiday open loft spaces, a friendly hello on an early Saturday morning and a "concierge" staff that serves with delight. For real. We saw "loft" spaces all over the city (due diligence) and were continually pulled back. From selections that satisfied the smallest details to service and financing we were completely served. We worked alongside of friendly faces who guided us all along the way. They genuinely got to know us. The Kopley team led by Stefanos Karavolos is built on honesty, integrity and passion. These core tenets thrive in the residences that are created. Laughter, fun and well serving our interests were included in the deal.
