Stacy is the best acupuncturist I have seen. I have been going to Accupuncture since I was 18, and the way she inserts the needles is very delicate. I can barely feel it. I started treatments with Stacy at the recommendation of my fiancé. I've been seeing her weekly and have been steadily feeling better from the treatments. She is a thorough and caring practitioner, reassessing and charting my progress over time as well as treating little things that may come up during the week. Having experienced the changes firsthand, I absolutely trust that she is working to make me better and that her treatment plans are effective. I recommend her to everyone I know that's got something like pain or illness going on. I have been dealing with mild autism, adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalances, migraines, and severe PTSD from long term abuse. These issues come with insomnia, digestive/appetite issues, menstrual cycle problems, intolerance to exertion or cold, frequent weakness and "crash" cycles, foggy thinking, chronic pain, and a compromised immunity as well as other various things...basically "everything is messed up". After even the first treatment I noticed that my self was experiencing changes. The first major thing was that sleep cycles became more normal. I feel tired at night now and can pretty much sleep til morning -- this is a HUGE change. I worked with Stacy while she was here in Iowa. She is amazing, I had multiple aches and pains from extensive running and exercising.
