Home style cooking. The gravy was amazing. Steak was cooked just right. When I was there a homeless man came in. He told the lady he didn't have enough money, but he like coffee and an apple pie with ice cream on top. He only had $5.25 she said she cover the rest.

Was a great place to have lunch while visiting the town. A place I imagine they get a lot of repeat…read moreand local customers. The waitress was friendly and prompt to come and get our drink order and to get it brought to us. Then our order was not long after that. A table of 4 and we received our appetizer quick enough and had time ro enjoy it before our order came. We all made sure to get something different so as to try as much of the menu we could. Burger, fries, cauliflower, chicken fried steak sandwich, pork tenderloin sandwich, onion rings, glue fries, drinks and im sure im missing something. Everyone left feeling very satisfied, and loving our choices and what we ate. The place is smaller and I can see once its a packed house it is probably noisy but its to be expected. After all it is a tavern. I will be recommending the place as much as I can and will visit again when I am in town.

Ben (in the hat) and Madison were incredibly welcoming, personable and genuinely made the experience memorable. Their energy and friendliness turned a casual visit into a highlight of my trip. I'll absolutely be back, especially if one of them is behind the bar! Heads up, if you use the men's restroom, take a couple of napkins with you as they have one of those recirculating dirty cloth towels to dry your hands

I'm from Omaha and used to pricier dining--this was a great meal for the value! We spent $70 with 2…read moreentrees, 2 cocktails, and 2 beers. Definitely well worth it! The sausage chili was good, nothing exceptional. The ribeye was a very interesting special and turned out great. Love the creativity! It was pretty fatty, so I cut off a few ounces, and was on the thinner side, but cooked perfectly and very juicy. The bruschetta topping was great as well. The Chambord kiss tasted amazing--but it seemed like they probably forgot the vodka! I had a lemon drop afterward and this was plenty strong to make up for it. Not pictured was the Red Rock beer we tried--this may be my new favorite beer! A copper colored wheat beer with a great flavor and after taste. Overall an excellent value. The atmosphere was busy, and on the nicer side for Columbus, yet very casual--you could wear anything and fit in. The service was good but it did take 50 minutes for our food to come out which was surprising. Definitely a good spot that I will be back to, I love the variety in the cocktail and special menus!

This place sucks. Cheap meat, cheap alcohol that all tastes like crap. Steak was overcooked but…read moresomehow still pale and no sear. Train your cooks to season consistently or get cooks that know how to actually cook. It's sad when the best part of a $27 dish is the sh*t iceberg lettuce salad and a baked potato. Your hummus is the worst hummus I've ever had. Get out of my face, service sucked too and it wasn't even busy. I would've rather gone to the Mexican restaurant across the street. POS trying to look cool but doesn't care about quality. Would never go back.
