At the onset, I was worried that traditional headgear and braces were not the right way to go. Dr. Sheridan called me and answered all my questions. We've now been with Dr. Sheridan for over a year and my daughter's jaw structure and teeth have dramatically improved! Currently my daughter has headgear, braces, a top expander and a lower retainer. Recently after my daughter lost her lower retainer, Dr. Sheridan called a team meeting with our family to figure out the best path forward. I appreciated so much how Dr. Sheridan involved my daughter in the decision making process to make sure she understood what her options were and how she would be be affected. My daughter decided to replace her lost retainer with a new retainer that would stay in her mouth instead of being removable. I was thrilled that Dr. Sheridan involved my daughter so much in the decision making process. I love that my daughter see's a team of highly skilled women in this office helping people. The Covid polices they have put in place are excellent and they always work with me if i need to change appointment times. Highly recommend! Thanks Dr. Sheridan and staff.

I was lied to about my treatment plan and have had issues after the braces came off. No follow up care,.... they are money hungry, unprofessional, and don't care about their patients ESPECIALLY after the braces are off. They can't kick you out the door fast enough. I tried to go back to address my issues and Dr. Galante's response was "well maybe you just need jaw surgery" ....really after I spent $5K with you suddenly you think I need jaw surgery? Read the other negative reviews, they are all true even the ones that have been filtered at the bottom of the review page which by now I am sure there are plenty of fake ones added... I completed treatment in 2010 NOT 2006 as she states and I have worn my retainers since the braces came off. I told them I missed a night or 2 here and there but when I went in to have her check my retainers she said they fit great? The photo that they showed me was a side view of my teeth which did not show my issue from that angle...so yes I was confused with all the photos I was looking at. I went went back hoping for help and instead received I brief message from their patient coordinator saying they did not want to do any treatment for me, end of story.

Seeing that she had the expertise, I visited for a consultation. Let me say, I wasn't confident that Invisalign was going to work for me. My correction was extreme. I had another ortho tell me that it would cost over 10k, take years and it would be a painfully process! Uhhh, yeah, that wasn't going to happen. I met Dr.Galante. She was very professional, friendly, open and frank what could (and could not) be done. Dr.Galante was confident that we could improve my smile. During the process, she and her staff were nothing but friendly, open, and made me feel welcome at every visit. Very accommodating. I can't say enough about Dr.Galante. I walked in thinking nothing could be done and when completed came out with a great smile! I know in my case, she spent hours configuring the dimensions of my trays to get it just right. I appreciated that. She takes pride, cares and it shows. She truly is an artist! Thank you again Dr.Galante. I will always appreciate what you did!
