After many many months of research and putting it off I finally called Dr. Falvey's office. From start to finish it was the best dental experience I have every had. Everyone was extremely kind, calm and patient, including the receptionist, the hygienist and Dr. Falvey. There was no judgement and lots of listening and understanding of how my phobia developed. Michelle, the hygienist was gentle, regularly checked in with me and told me I could use nitrous if needed. I never actually needed it! Dr. Falvey came up with a treatment plan that incorporated my phobia and changing my pattern of going from deep cleaning to deep cleaning. The receptionist encouraged me on the way in for having made it to the appointment and on the way out for making my next one. The first visit with x-rays was pricey but for me its worth the extra cost to actually go, have a positive experience and avoid more expensive problems later. Follow up visit prices seem pretty in-line with other dentists. If you are fearful of the dentist this is the place for you.

He does not make you comfortable. Then he made me dentures. I had insurance, so I paid out of pocket $3000. I complained about the dentures not fitting, he had me come back, and then I realized what was going on ... every time I went back, I was charged. After about 6 times, when my dentures still didn't fit, I just stopped going.

Recently after my daughter lost her lower retainer, Dr. Sheridan called a team meeting with our family to figure out the best path forward. My daughter decided to replace her lost retainer with a new retainer that would stay in her mouth instead of being removable.
