They took me in right away. I was able to discuss my plan with the Dentist and he was friendly. The assistant was nice and the practice just moved into a new place so everything was new and clean. After many many months of research and putting it off I finally called Dr. Falvey's office. From start to finish it was the best dental experience I have every had. Everyone was extremely kind, calm and patient, including the receptionist, the hygienist and Dr. Falvey. There was no judgement and lots of listening and understanding of how my phobia developed. Michelle, the hygienist was gentle, regularly checked in with me and told me I could use nitrous if needed. I never actually needed it! Dr. Falvey came up with a treatment plan that incorporated my phobia and changing my pattern of going from deep cleaning to deep cleaning. The receptionist encouraged me on the way in for having made it to the appointment and on the way out for making my next one. The first visit with x-rays was pricey but for me its worth the extra cost to actually go, have a positive experience and avoid more expensive problems later. Follow up visit prices seem pretty in-line with other dentists. If you are fearful of the dentist this is the place for you.

I was delighted to find Dr. Patrasic, she saw me right away. She was gentle and caring and within a day, had me in to see a specialist who was terrific. My pain medication wasn't working. She brought me back into the office at seven at night to load me up with Novacane to last me through the night so I can get some rest. She called me first thing in the morning to make sure I have a good nights sleep . She called me several times in the next couple of days just to ask how I was doing. I don't think I've had any kind of doctor who has provided that kind of attention or care to me in all of my 75 years. I feel very safe and comfortable in her care. Her office staff is fabulous. They completed dental work that they knew would not be covered by my insurance and when I asked them to submit a new claim the said that "Dr. Young needed to send a letter to the insurance pleading on your behalf". The insurance company never received any such letter and now I am stuck with an outlandish bill for someone with dental insurance. Do not go to this company unless you want to get scammed. I will also be reporting them to the CA Dental Association and submitting a grievance to my insurance company to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Very disappointing.

I was referred to Dr. Arora's office by my dentist office but was not informed that his associate, Dr. Warda, was NOT a Delta Dental approved doctor. I absolutely would NOT have agreed to see him if I had been informed that I was not going to be covered by my insurance. I am out $200 for non-covered service in addition to my monthly insurance payments. When I talked to Heather today and she told me that there was nothing they can do, I told her I was really disappointed. Heather then threatened me that they would send me to collection if payment was not rendered. I never told her that I wouldn't pay, just that I was disappointed with their office's unethical practice. Be warned!

10 years ago I had fractured my lower jaw and was starting to get an infection. My dentist and I…read morehad no idea it was fractured at the time and were confused on what was happening in my gums. I was referred to Dr. Arora. When they opened my gums they had to perform an emergency surgery to get all of the infected bone out and replace it with new bone. It effected all four of my front lower teeth. The decay was so bad and so quick he could see the roots of my teeth. The odds of me keeping those teeth were incredibly low. However 10 years later all of my lower teeth are still alive and strong! My gums are and the bone that he had put in are all great as well. Couldn't recommend Dr. Arora more!
