The worst experience I have ever had at a dentist and all I had was a check up. Upon meeting the…read moredentist for the first time, the first thing he said to me is that I should have my jaw broken to fix my over bite. I was so shocked. I told him many people have an overbite and it is not giving me any issue and I thought it was absurd to recommend that. Mind you I have an over bite but otherwise a decently nice smile. I believe he had an overbite too. I immediately was recoiling and he noticed. He then recommended a deep cleaning ( which I do need) but I was so off put I wasn't going to take any recommendations from this whack job. When I would not agree to anything he insisted and started rubbing my shoulder. Sooooo creepy. Then the hygienist wanted to do the deep cleaned my that day but I declined. Then she reluctantly cleaned my teeth while complaining and barely did anything! Also told me that if I did do the deep cleaning that day it wouldn't have been covered by my insurance. How does this make any sense?! I just went to a different dentist in Auburn and got a quote for the deep cleaning that is over half as much as what Fore for would have charged. These people are a scam and are terrible! Wouldn't recommend to an enemy.

I had been having a terrible time finding a dentist close to where I lived and was without one when…read moreI cracked a tooth that became infected. I was delighted to find Dr. Patrasic, she saw me right away. She was gentle and caring and within a day, had me in to see a specialist who was terrific. My pain medication wasn't working. She brought me back into the office at seven at night to load me up with Novacane to last me through the night so I can get some rest. She called me first thing in the morning to make sure I have a good nights sleep . She called me several times in the next couple of days just to ask how I was doing. I don't think I've had any kind of doctor who has provided that kind of attention or care to me in all of my 75 years. I feel very safe and comfortable in her care. Her office staff is fabulous. I highly recommend this wonderful Dentist.

Run the other way! There are other ortho's in the Roseville area that have so much more experience…read more I regret ever going here. I was lied to about my treatment plan and have had issues after the braces came off. No follow up care,.... they are money hungry, unprofessional, and don't care about their patients ESPECIALLY after the braces are off. They can't kick you out the door fast enough. I tried to go back to address my issues and Dr. Galante's response was "well maybe you just need jaw surgery" ....really after I spent $5K with you suddenly you think I need jaw surgery? Read the other negative reviews, they are all true even the ones that have been filtered at the bottom of the review page which by now I am sure there are plenty of fake ones added... I completed treatment in 2010 NOT 2006 as she states and I have worn my retainers since the braces came off. I told them I missed a night or 2 here and there but when I went in to have her check my retainers she said they fit great? The photo that they showed me was a side view of my teeth which did not show my issue from that angle...so yes I was confused with all the photos I was looking at. I went went back hoping for help and instead received I brief message from their patient coordinator saying they did not want to do any treatment for me, end of story.

Seeing that she had the expertise, I visited for a consultation. Let me say, I wasn't confident that Invisalign was going to work for me. My correction was extreme. I had another ortho tell me that it would cost over 10k, take years and it would be a painfully process! Uhhh, yeah, that wasn't going to happen. I met Dr.Galante. She was very professional, friendly, open and frank what could (and could not) be done. Dr.Galante was confident that we could improve my smile. During the process, she and her staff were nothing but friendly, open, and made me feel welcome at every visit. Very accommodating. I can't say enough about Dr.Galante. I walked in thinking nothing could be done and when completed came out with a great smile! I know in my case, she spent hours configuring the dimensions of my trays to get it just right. I appreciated that. She takes pride, cares and it shows. She truly is an artist! Thank you again Dr.Galante. I will always appreciate what you did!
