My youngest whom is special needs had her appointments here with her father, and they did great with her. First time no tears, second I hear was a bit harder. So naturally I booked them for my older daughter who is 9 and has been to other dentists. I found Dr. Robinson's office while searching for a pediatric dentist that could handle my child with special needs. I cannot say enough great things about our experience. Amber took plenty of time with my daughter to help her relax before trying to get her to lay down for an exam. My daughter resisted at first, but soon relaxed and allowed Dr. Robinson do to a full exam. Amber was even able to get a few x-rays (my daughter's very first ones!). Debbie in the front office is wonderful to work with. She answered all my questions and helped make the paperwork portion a breeze. The office itself is beautiful and inviting. There are two different play areas for the kids. The bathroom was clean and easy to access. I parked on the street out front, but there is ample parking in the rear. We were referred to Dr. Robinson's office because they take Tricare dental - I was honestly so unsure of what to expect because typically people who have Tricare don't get great quality of care since they take forever to pay...but I was so pleasantly surprised! Dr. Robinson is AMAZING but so is her staff! My daughter has a terrible, irrational, awful fear of needles and she still thinks (after 4 treatments) that she never got any shots at all (and she did for each appointment). My girls 6 & 4 love the dental assistants too, they get so excited to go see them. After each appointment they get a sticker & a token for a prize, the waiting room has great things to keep them occupied but we've never waited more than a few minutes each time. The rooms are decorated and they have taken really good care of my oldest who has some strange reactions to the nitrous. The receptionist and billing staff are compassionate and super understanding when I have questions (which I've had quite a few since this is our first major dental experience). Overall, you absolutely cannot go wrong with this place! We will be lifers with Dr. Robinson (unless they decide not to take Tricare anymore)! read more

The very best decision I made for my young daughter 14 years ago. But she is off to see an adult dentist. My kids love coming to the dentist here! It's usually pretty easy to get an appointment back to back for their cleanings and they love the client experience! They have cool sunglasses to protect the light from shining into their eyes as they watch a Disney movie with headphones! We love Dr. Robinson and her whole team! This is the BEST pediatric dentist office. My children have loved coming here. Lindsey A Robinson is GREAT with children. The hygienists are wonderful people. And I can't say enough kind words about the friendly office staff. Bringing four children to the dentist office at once could be a really tough thing. But here, it's always gone well and with the variety of activities in the children's waiting area to keep them busy, it makes things much easier. I am so thankful for this place. read more

Would not recommend. We had our two children there, and they enjoyed the playful environment. And the staff was always kind and courteous. Also, to be perfectly fair, the care was good as well. However... So why the single star? Their business practices are frankly unscrupulous. They often suggest treatments that are out of scope of one's insurance plans leading to a lot of out of pocket expenses. I've never had this issue with other practices and I've checked with other offices regarding this practice. None of them would do this. In a nutshell, you get the feeling that they're trying to pay off an expensive new building in an off economy. Ever see that movie Fargo? When William H. Macy's character is trying to sell the inspecting couple a "True Coat" car undercarriage treatment they don't need? That's this place. I know, these days buyer needs to beware. And now we are and I encourage you to go to another dentist like we did. read more

After bringing my 3 yr. old grandson to Lindsey Robinson's office for the first time I was inspired to write a review of the services we received. The wonderful receptionist gave me a warm welcome and made the calls necessary to confirm my grandson's insurance coverage. My grandson loved the waiting room but once on the table he was scared to say the least and not cooperative even a little but they were so patient, funny and comforting he trusted them quickly.
