Fantastic job with my almost 4 year old. When we left, she said, "the dentist is amazing"!

Dr. Robinson and her staff are amazing with our children. We are lucky to have found her when we moved to the area 5 years ago.

Well I found it a place where I was treated like a human being. I presented my information. They…read morechecked it... The doctor shook my hand. Looked me in the eye. Did the procedure I was after I didn't have to wait at all. Everyone was really honest and nice .... If you look at my other reviews from this same day, I tried to receive treatment at three other urgent care facilities all under the Lincoln urgent Care brand... And they wouldn't even accept 100% cash payment to treat a spider bite! So it's a tricky world because the only reason I went to the Lincoln urgent Care was because it had 4.9 Stars and I avoided Westerns Sierra because they had one star. But I got the best service ever... What a confusing maze. Thanks for the treatment

This was hands down the worst medical experience I've ever had, and I thought my previous…read moreexperience with them was horrid.... At my daughter's 2-year checkup, this doctor, Mr. Peter Harris, barely even did an actual exam. Yet he felt completely comfortable telling me my child was "severely autistic" and would never live a normal life, go to a regular school, or be around other kids. Who says that to a parent--especially without a proper evaluation by a true ASD professional? It was cruel, reckless, and completely inappropriate. I left that appointment terrified and heartbroken. No parent should ever be spoken to like that based on what felt like a rushed, lazy assessment. Thankfully, I trusted my gut and did NOT follow his referral. I paid extensively out of pocket for an independent evaluation, by a world renowned doctor, and guess what? My daughter is NOT autistic. She simply has a speech delay and some oral motor issues; things that are manageable and common. So not only was Mr. Peter Harris wrong, he was wildly wrong. To make it even worse, they had the nerve to call me months afterwards to make sure I went through with their referral--like they were trying to double down on their misdiagnosis, or receive a nice kickback from UC Davis. This bargain bin of medical clinics throws around serious labels like it's nothing, with zero regard for the emotional damage it causes families, especially mothers. It's fear-mongering, plain and simple. If you care about your child, get a second opinion, trust your gut, and think twice before trusting this clinic and doctor. No one should have to go through the anxiety and distress that I endured.

I had a very unsettling experience here yesterday. My son…read morehas been going to this dentist for the last 5 years, pretty much since this location has been opened. We have never had a bad experience until yesterday. Last week we went in for a routine cleaning and checkup. Once again, they had new staff working in the office area and it was another new lady doing his cleaning (seems like they go through staff quite often). This time was different, he had never had any cavities prior to this appointment. They told us that they had found 3 cavities and that they wanted to do a preventive kind of filling (SDF), which we were totally okay with moving forward so we scheduled the appointment for the following week (which brings me back to yesterday). When we went in, the lady at the front desk asked us once again if we were ok with moving forward with the treatment, which I confirmed (again). She then handed me the tablet and asked me to view and sign a form. Something told me to really read that form and I'm glad I did. I read the top portions then scrolled down, went to sign and just barely glanced up a bit more to see that they had marked down 5 teeth. When I went to the counter to ask, she confirmed that there were 5 cavities. I then proceeded to tell her that last week there were only 3 and I was confused as to why their paperwork says 5. Then out of no where, a random lady with an attitude problem popped out from the cubby in the corner and told me that she will have the doctor sit down with us in a room before we continue any further, which I agreed. Now usually I have a big attitude problem, but I really kept my cool the whole time I was there. We were called back within 2 minutes and she proceeded to take us back to a closed room that we have never been in before. The doctor came in and told me is going to take another look into his mouth and asked his staff to pull up the picture of his teeth. He then proceeded to tell me he does have 5 cavities and that maybe we didn't hear it right last week. But I would have remembered because he specifically told me it was 3 of his molars, not it's all 4 molars and 1 in the side. I then told him I was not comfortable at the moment with what was going on. He then got up and changed his attitude real quick, told me that was fine, we will cancel today and I can find a new dentist for all further appointments going forward. He then turned his back to me and closed out all the pictures and records on the computer. I then agreed with him because why the hell would I want to bring him to a place where we can't trust. I did cancel all appointments moving forward and I encourage everyone else to do the same!!! After we left, I felt so gross and I knew I needed to do something. I usually don't do this type of thing but I feel the public needs to know how they run their business. It's not right.
