Never mind the fact that three previous rheumatlogists had diagnosed me with immune disorder (including one he previously worked with). He said he didn't care what the other doctors had said, he would not be treating me based on his incredibly cursory examination. He got up and walked out on me, I followed him because I was in disbelief at how he was acting. I asked if he really wasn't going to help me, he asked "with what?" I told him I'm in pain, and he said "oh, so you want me to give you pain pilIs?" as if I was drug seeking. I just want to be back on a pretty standard RA regimen my previous rheumatologists had me on. I can see now that I'm not the only patient he has done this to. It's disheartening to deal with a dr with such little regard for their patients. I do want to acknowledge the employees at the front desk, they were kind and welcoming.

At no point did they warn her about a strict cutoff time, yet they had no problem wasting her time and making her drive all the way there just to be turned away. However, it took a total of one month and six days for the office to complete the medical clearance for my wife and submit the required documents to the DMV. Throughout this process, we were told on four separate occasions that the documents had been faxed to two different numbers, and twice that they were sent via email.
