I spoke with Amber and she asked me to email my bloodwork, which I did. I spoke to the office manager that was unsympathetic and brushed me off stating that they're "super busy". I don't remember the name of the last person I spoke with but she said she would get in touch with Amber for my bloodwork. They said it would take 5-7 business days to schedule an appointment for a new patient. I gave up, I still haven't heard back from them. This is a huge red flag on what it would be like to be a patient here. I called a different place today and they scheduled me an appointment right then and there. Inland rheumatology needs to work better on how they treat patients. I wish I had looked at the bad reviews before even attempting to schedule.

As of today, September 26, 2024, at 1:30 PM, the issue has finally been resolved. However, it took a total of one month and six days for the office to complete the medical clearance for my wife and submit the required documents to the DMV. Throughout this process, we were told on four separate occasions that the documents had been faxed to two different numbers, and twice that they were sent via email. Unfortunately, none of these attempts were successful. Ultimately, it took a formal complaint to upper management and an email sent from my own account to finally get the documents delivered.
