It is a small office and practically a 2 woman show. If Sonya is unable to answer the phone, Dr. Sun answers the phone. Both are very helpful. Dr. Sun as a family practice doctor is very thorough. She takes her time. She is very soft-spoken, so for those with hearing problems, it is very difficult to understand her. I go to the appointments with my mom. I'm in the medical field. I just want to be back on a pretty standard RA regimen my previous rheumatologists had me on. I can see now that I'm not the only patient he has done this to. For now however the office experience was decent the ladies were friendly. As far as being efficient not so much at all, unsure of it's the office environment, lack of efficiency expectations but it's something.
