I had a really great experience with my dental cleaning. Stephanie took her time and did a thorough cleaning of my teeth. Stephanie is kind, understanding, neat, and otherwise great at her job. Dr. Avery Fossum is such a sweetheart as well. He truly cares about your dental concerns. He will make sure that your teeth are top tier! He always asks if you have any dental concerns or questions so he can help you meet your goals (I really appreciate this). Overall, really great dental practice in this area. I haven't gone to the dentist in probably over 10 years. It's not that I dread it or am afraid... I'm just not the best at adulting most days. What stressed me out the most was if I would be judged for this or scolded for not caring for my teeth as well as I should. But I felt anxious for no reason -- the staff is so helpful and caring here. I booked the appointment through email - they told me to print and fill out the new patient forms before my appointment so things moved along quicker. I got there 5 minutes before my appointment and only waited 5-10 minutes to get called in. I got some x-rays done first and then Dr. Erin came in to talk to me about my teeth. I told her my concerns, aches, pains etc... and she went in and took a look. She noted some things here and there and told me that we can just take little steps at a time with fixing whatever I needed. Kathy did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth - she made sure to explain when she did something new and that I was always comfortable. I would definitely recommend Stacey Dental to anyone who may be looking for a new dentist. They'll make you smile :) read more

Honesty and exemplary fine work. So glad to have Dr. Erick as my Dentist. An example of his expertise and honesty is when my husband was told by a different dentist at a different clinic that he needed a crown. I told him to make the appointment with Dr Eric Stacey instead. He called and scheduled himself specifically for a crown. Dr. Erick took a look and said, "Let's see what other options we have." Most people you ask will tell you that they dread their next dentist appointment. The dentist is uncomfortable, you get informed of expensive work that needs to get done, and possibly yelled at for not flossing. My teeth cleaning appointment at Stacey Dental was probably the best experience I've had at a dental office. Stacey Dental can mark me down as a returning patient. Appointments were readily available, and all of the new patient forms were available online. The receptionist offered to take me as early as next day! Filling the forms beforehand also means that you can get taken earlier upon arrival. My appointment started out with digital x-rays, which was much faster and comfortable compared to the old film method many of us are use to. The dentist came in almost immediately after x-rays were done BEFORE my cleaning, which I've never had happen. I've always had the dentist come in after the cleaning. She was very friendly and gave me a clean bill. This experience was useful because she was able to give notes to the dental technician before the cleaning started. The cleaning was fast and efficient. Also the staff at Stacey are fantastic and helpful. I definitely recommend checking this one out if you aren't up for playing "dental roulette." read more

I love these folks. My wife and I have both gone to Stacey Dental for years. And now my son has switched to them...he prefers the care, and the friendliness and small-office feel, to the place he had been going for pediatric dental work. Both Drs. Eric and Erin are great dentists. (And she will even hum along to the piped-in music playing in the background! And, she has a great voice...I'm still trying to convince her to one day sing with me accompanying on keyboard. "Smoke Gets in Your Eyes" comes to mind.) A caveat, however: on their web site they have the following photo posted: Which is both accurate, and not, depending on the day. Though it is definitely a good resemblance on most days, the key word here is "most". You see, Dr. Eric, still desperate to pay off medical school loans, has another part-time job: dancing at Chippendales. And if he didn't have time to change before coming in to the office after said night gig, well, then you can expect him to look something more like... ...which makes only about half of his patients happy. Dr. Erin, too, still following her childhood dream of being a lounge singer in Las Vegas, belts out the tunes at seedy bars at after dark and, likewise, does not always have time to change after the night gig. In which case you can expect something more like... ...which, again, makes only about half of her patients happy. Hey, what the heck do I care what they do in their private lives. They are both awesome dentists, kind people, and have a wonderful sense of humor. If they need, respectively, to dance and sing to keep themselves at the level of professionalism they always exhibit, so be it! read more

Dr Eric Stacey overlooked major potential problems over years under his care. It's not until he hired another Dr. who saw me that a red flag was raised to refer me to orthodontics and periodontics. As a result, I have had to have teeth removed and have a long road ahead of me- including extensive treatments, bone grafts, dental partials and implants. A little more attention to things a few years earlier could have helped me save my teeth and tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket. Overall, I wish I could write a better review as it's not my intention to diminish his practice. I am grateful for Dr T., Dr W. and the hygienists are top notch! However, going to the dentist should reassure the patient that total oral care is being addressed. Bottom line- if there is a concern regarding gum health, dentists are supposed to address it and make the right referrals, not just say your teeth look good, we will see you next time. The patient should be able to put their total trust in their dentist. I am very sad Dr. Stacey did not address my issues earlier. I counted on him for overall care of my oral health for years and have been let down. read more
