This certainly seems to be the case at Ching Wah as it had a very uncomfortable feel on the whole and I generally wanted to leave as soon as I could. I can't say I have tried the travel agents but if it is anything like the food then I would advise against using that particular service as well. The staff were rude and the place looked unclean and I would not suggest that other people frequent this establishment

For a reasonable discount price you get to ride all day and take the Mersey Ferry over to the other side of the river. It's a bargain. Make sure you get the one that has a person do the commentary. Our commentator was Helen and she was an amazing wealth of information and dry humor. She made it more fun with her historical facts.The stops are located throughout the city and allows you to see the highlighted ones that are so popular. They run all day but, stop around 5:00 pm. We forgot and we got left standing out by the Cathedral and had to walk back.

I sympathise with the writer's situation in having to cancel his holiday, and suffer what sound like some unfair consequences . He has a legitimate case to put to Thomson's. However this looks like a classic case of hard-working frontline staff taking the brunt of a criticism which should be directed at the company's terms and conditions, over which regional staff have no control. The writer says that everything was fine until he had to cancel, which suggests that the staff had done a good job up to that point. Natural justice requires me to respond with a 5 star review which accurately reflects the fine service I have received on innumerable occasions over the past 25 years.

My only complaint, though a notable one, was that the tour photo showed a Mercedes van, but what arrived was a 4-seat taxi cab with two very uncomfortable rear-facing jump seats. The service is suitable for all ages and the types of trips are relaxing ones and not like Theme Park related so it does attract a lot of the older generation. I would definitely be using this service every once in a while as I have a passion for travelling and this is the best way to do short escorted trips.

The crummy old station was the kind of place that nostalgia is made of, in that you look back on it with fondness but if it were still around today you'd be hard pressed to find much redeemable about it. The slick new place will never be like that. Once you're there you want to get away as soon as possible and I don't care what anybody else says, you always feel like you're stood outside. Still, I suppose this aching desire to vacate means that vandals are unlikely to hang around too so it should be around for a long time.

Paradise Street Bus Station is located within the Liverpool ONE shopping area and many times I have…read morestaggered here, weighed down by bags, and sat to wait for my bus. The buses that run through here mainly serve the south of the city, but there are also a few services which go over the water and to the north of the city. The services which run from here are clearly displayed on noticeboards at each stop and it is easy to find out which bus to get from which stop, and if you have to go to another bus interchange to get the right bus. Each bus stop is clearly numbered and has a TV screen showing when the next bus is expected. There are usually attendants on duty who are happy to help you, but also ensure that kids do not hang around the bus station for the sake of it. There is also a travel centre open during the day where you can buy tickets, pick up timetables and get any information you need. The bus station is something of a wind tunnel, running down onto the waterfront. But each stop has an enclosed area where you can sit down and shelter from the cold.
