The evening checkout person at the help/returns desk won't even acknowledge you are there when checking out. Too busy talking to friends and coworkers while you stand for 5 minutes waiting for her to decide she's willing to check you out. Despite saying thank you to her for checking me out she just goes on talking to everyone except customers. I really wanted to give this place as much business as I possible could especially considering it's a small community, but after repeated efforts to use them and the very unfriendly and unappreciative employees I'll take my money and business elsewhere.

And not having been in a few years, I can see that it is considerably smaller yet due to the number of closures at the mall. There are easily a half-dozen empty storefronts here, and the buildings themselves are definitely not being kept up, either. I do not think this mall will be around in a couple years unless management steps in and revitalizes it. Don't even get me started on the danger of trying to cross the street between the two sides of the development, either as we witnessed multiple cars run the stop sign in our short time there.
