I rode a bubbler bike there and it was definitely worth it in the end! Even though I found one cassette tape I still think it was a score! I then went next door to the video store and I found 5 movies for a cheap price! Except for "Sunset Boulevard" and "North by Northwest" ($5 each) the rest of the movies were $1! Definitely worth checking out!! I think you can also sell your VHS tapes and DVD's if you are looking for somewhere to do that but don't quote me on that!! Might wait a little bit before I go back again and see if there is anything new (about a week or so lol).

The owner (and his cutie pie dog!) are so so chill, and the in-store music is always as good as the records they hold. Even their speaker system is fantastic-- great volume, impressive depth, pretty highs and hearty lows. Multiple times I've came in to browse and left with a new recommendation. I'm not sure if this is intentional, but every shelf is packed perfectly. Long gone are the days of straining my fingers to pull apart 50 vinyl records on a shelf that's only supposed to hold 30. And we're talking perfect browsing height too! No sore backs, tired fingers, or fatigued ears. A brilliant little stop, that I cannot recommend enough. If you love music, you will love this store.

New and used records can be found at favorable prices. We had a few drinks and my buddy got to talking about the place he purchased that council, and records and we decided to head down and check it out. The owner, Steve, treated us like kings, he told great stories and helped my pick out a counsel I could ship home, and them he kicked in several free records. I couldn't believe the knowledge and hospitality. Not only will I be back, but I highly recommend you stop in if you are in Maddison. The place is unique and definitely "Groovy"!!
