Years ago I would order products for when they came out, they would never arrive on time. Someone…read moreat the store even told me a product hadn't come out yet that was supposed to release on my birthday I saw it at other stores, and it had released on time. I was told by the staff repeatedly it was pushed back for release. When I brought it up for the 6th time, they finally decided to get the product ordered that I had paid for in advance. RECENTLY. I went back to this store thinking it couldn't have been worse than that. I bought some Dragon Shield sleeves that were manufactured to be a few mm too small for standard cards. When I went to address the issue with the store they told me to take care of it online with the manufacturer rather than swapping the product. I was told "If nothing is damaged on the box we don't handle it." Now I'm emailing the manufacturer as I was told... and finding out the manufacturer does not replace product, but offers reimbursements ONLY IF THE STORE IN QUESTION IS UNWILLING TO HELP. In other words your store should have handled the issue and refused to by admission of the manufacturers own policy. Your employee either lied, or just was unwilling to help. Thanks for taking my $20 for sleeves no refunds. Assholes.

The best deals for Pokémon are their mystery tins, which have 50 cards, and include 10 rare and/or holo cards for $9.99. They also have a huge glass case for GX and EX cards if there's something you're looking for. Really incredible to me, though, is the fact that they have a website, kryptonitekollectibles.net, where you can order single cards, and they'll ship! Love that! This place mainly specializes in Magic the Gathering, but they have a ton of board games, cards, dice, and sports memorabilia. I could spend hours here just looking around! Almost the whole shop is back-issue comics and magazines, mostly bronze and modern age, plus a decent selection of new graphic novels and trades, old sci-fi / fantasy paperbacks, and some other collectibles. I knocked more items off my want list here than anywhere around the country in recent memory. Prices IMHO range from low to a bit high, so more than fair in the aggregate. Easy to browse despite the small space. Prices clearly marked. Easy parking. For the type of shop this is (the type I like most!), legitimately great.

Tryke displays the enjoyment of sharing comic knowledge to all his customers and he educates them on the excitement of comic book stories. When you arrive in the lower level of this store, you may notice the number of comics, toys and misc. items crammed across limited floor space but let me tell you, this is what makes it exciting. Your eyes will wander with the possibility of a comic surprise that you discover during your visit . One advice I learned over the years is to always ask Tryke if you have any questions on comics or just looking for that one item you cannot find. You will then understand why this local comic book store and the manager who runs it will always be my stop over when visiting Lake Geneva. The guy at the front counter is so helpful an his service In helping find something in the store is amazing also when you buy comics from there you can trade them in for different ones which is so nice cause I wanted to read a long series but only had enough for around 4 comics at the time so I bought the three comics and returned them so I could finish the series. Also they have action figures from marvel and I forget maybe DC. I found that this store has some thing for everyone. My husband found the play mat that he had been looking for for ages. And said that the price was really reasonable. I found a travel Boggle game for our daughter to play in the camper. This shop truly has something for everyone from the casual board game or like me, to the super-intense Magic the Gathering person like my husband. My husband said that the prices and selection were very good. He wants to come back sometime in the future. He also looked through their collection of individual cards, and found a few that he had been missing. They also have a nice area for people to be able to play games against one another.
