I have been shopping at Mens Wearhouse (the company) since i was in middle school. Except for one bad experience many years ago at a store in Cutler Bay, Florida... i have never regretted spending my money at a Men's Wearhouse. So after not buying any of the above type of clothing since June/July of 2019 due to covid and because i have tons of business meetings/conferences coming up, i needed a new wardrobe. I came to this Men's Warehouse in Lima because it was the nearest location to my home. Walking into this location, i have to say that it is the smallest Mens Warehouse location i have ever been inside and i have been to plenty of their stores in Miami. Do not expect a large selection here. Although i was able to find a good amount of the items I needed, there was a significant portion of what I bought that had to be ordered. Also, expect to wait while at this location. Its not fault of the staff either. Every time i have gone, i have seen the same two women working at this store... one of them being the assistant manager. They hustle! They work really hard and they give amazing customer service. They are just obviously overwhelmed. There is enough business/work here for their staff to be easily doubled or tripled. But these two take care of phone calls, alterations, tuxedo rentals, pickup from customers, purchases, orders, etc. Every other Men's Wearhouse i have gone to have at least 3 or more salespeople alone, along with a manager and one person handling the alterations. These two women are handling the work of like six people... and they do it with a smile. Still, be warned... you will wait. Besides buying clothing, i also had to have my custom suit altered a bit along with altering some of the clothing i bought... again it was done well so no complaints from me. All in all, its a great Mens Wearhouse. Considering the business it has... it should expand... both in size of the store, merchandise it has available and most importantly in staff.

I had one bad experience 10-15 years ago, but every other time they provided a piece of equipment that started quickly, ran reliably, and functioned as needed. I have rented stump grinders, lifts, driveway graders, chipper/shredders, and several other items. The service is friendly and helpful and if you rent it on Friday after 1:30 pm you can have it as a one day rental until Monday morning. I recommend them.

My only complaint is for the gentleman in the shop who was polite, but doesn't understand customer service. What kind of equipment rental place rents you an engine hoist and then tells you that "they don't give the handle for the jack because people don't bring it back". Any decent equipment rental place knows how to inspect their equipment before the person who rented it leaves, so they have more than enough time to see if there is a handle or not. Not only that, but I had to put a $50 deposit down to rent the equipment on top of rental fees. What? You're telling me I have to put $50 down on a piece of equipment that isn't complete? What is that $50 for if not for covering broken and damaged equipment? I would have no problem paying a deposit if the equipment I rent is whole. Mind you this is after I had to come back because whoever put the hoist up left the ram on its side and all the fluid leaked out, and I was accused of leaving the ram on its side in the bed of my friend's truck. I got to my place, put the hoist together only to realize that i must have forgotten the jack handle and the ram only went up about 6" only to hit a dead spot. Called them and the guy on the phone asked if I left the ram on its side while transporting it and told him that it was on its side at their facility. No problem, polite on the phone, straight to the point. Got there, he filled the ram with fluid and even made the comment that it took a lot of fluid. That's when I asked about the handle and got the comment I got. What a pile of shit.
