When she was done, she was struggling to brush through my hair. When I asked her what was wrong, she said she really damaged my hair. I touched my hair and it instantly broke. Another stylist came and did a treatment and cut. I came back for a few months in attempts to fix it. Each time I have went, my hair has been okay for a little and then back to completely unmanageable. I sent an email to the head office asking for some sort of compensation as I do not feel comfortable going back to the salon. Nothing has changed with my hair at all. The person I was in contact with offered me a deep conditioning treatment and cut. After I said I did not want this, she stopped contacting me. I am extremely upset that my hair is in such horrible condition after I trusted a stylist with my hair, and I'm even more upset that they have given up on helping me to fix the mistake.

The rep knocked on my door to alert me to get ready for the salt cave. I took a quick shower to rinse off (towels provided) and got dressed. I put on slippers (they provide) and grabbed a blanket and headed into the healing salt cave that was 65 degrees.
