The next day, I called to speak with the owner of the salon. I explained the situation to her in regard to the additional charges. She stated that I was told that there would be an additional charge; which I definitely was NOT told until after the work was completed. She said that she would talk to the colourist and call me back. It's now been 5 days, with no callback from the owner. This was not the type of customer service I would expect from this salon or any business!
