We tried calling for about 6 weeks to get someone to come look at our hot tub. They kept telling us…read morethey would have someone call us back. Finally we spoke to someone and she flat out told us that they dont work on our type of hot tub. So we looked back through our records and found a check stub written out to them (because we knew they had worked on it before) and we called them back. The same person told us that they don't have time to work on it because they don't sell our type of hot tub and they are booked up. Thanks for helping! Now that we are 6 weeks closer to winter and it's an outside hot tub!

They came today, on time, knew what was wrong with my dryer within about ten seconds of listening to it run, and had it repaired within 35 minutes. We first met Joe Widmer and his team when they were hired by our general contractor for a…read moreremodeling job at our home. We asked him to come back for other projects because he does great quality work, but even more importantly, he really wants to do a great job. With all of his work he asks a lot of questions about what we want, reviews the options, and checks back to make sure it all worked the way we wanted. He has great suggestions for what will work to meet our needs. He even fixed some work done by previous electricians that had never worked quite right. Joe is really responsive and when he says he will be there he shows up on time and ready to get the job done. We live in a very old house, and electrical work can be tricky, time consuming and expensive. It is important to us to hire someone reliable, good quality and collaborative when we need electrical work done!

Bruce Tanhoff is knowledgeable, kind, available and, above all, honest. I've worked with many…read morerealtors before, and I often felt like I was being "sold" on properties I didn't want so the realtor could make a quick commission. If I pointed out flaws or needed repairs, I'd hear, "Oh, that's just cosmetic," or, "Live with it for a while and switch it out when you can afford it." But the thing is, when those items start to add up, it can cost tens of thousands of dollars, and that's what made shopping for a home with Bruce such a comfort. He pointed out repairs and issues before I even saw them. He listed the positives AND negatives to ensure I knew exactly what I'd be getting into. If he thought a placed needed updates and repairs but thought the neighborhood was worth the investment, he'd say that. And when he thought the opposite was true and a home wasn't worth the asking price, he never made me feel like I'd wasted an hour of his time touring it. To the contrary, he finds value in showing clients an array of houses to help narrow down exactly what kind of home will make them happy. And that's exactly what happened. I found the perfect home, and it only took a few weeks. A real bonus is Bruce's extensive knowledge of the "nuts and bolts" that the average person might not know - the life span of a furnace, the average cost of flooring, why that weird electric box is hanging in the crawl space. Also, his agency is offering the Home for Heroes program, which gives cash back to home buyers at closing who are firefighters, law enforcement, EMS, Military and veterans, healthcare and teachers. The funds come out of his commission, and he's happy to offer it. If I buy or sell again, he's the only person I'll call.

They really should not have All Sports in the title of this place. To me, it seemed there was more…read morespace wasted on clothing and home decor then there should have been for a sporting goods store. Who goes into a sports store looking for home decor? I don't know if they were trying to pull off the Bass Pro Shops idea or what but it really didn't work. We went in looking for hockey equipment and the selection here was incredibly limited, which is surprising considering the area. My husband was looking for higher end stuff, and of course they didn't really have very many options for what little they carried. I guess this place would get the job done if you have to gear up a little kid, but to be honest spending the kind of money they were asking for the level of equipment they have seems pretty silly to me. The employee that we had to hunt down for help was not very useful at all, and it was obvious he didn't know much about the equipment that was in the section he worked in. You could tell he knew enough to retail sale, but not really recommend. In any case, Play It Again Sports is a better option close by.
