Since I needed to take the long trek back to Edmonton that evening, it was a little worrisome. This was all happening in late afternoon. There were no technicians available by the time I pulled up just before 5pm. The staff was wonderful and found someone to hook up the scanner to see what was going on. They ran the diagnostics twice to be sure and cleared an error from the first scan. Thankfully no real problem to fix! I appreciate the person that stayed late to make sure everything was A-okay! Thank you Lake City team for helping out this damsel in distress!

I am just wondering if perhaps Adam didn't book an appt and just showed up expecting the dealership to bump customers like myself who prearranged everything? I took the time to book an appt and they got me right in. I received a loaner vehicle which was a van as well. I have been to several dealerships, waited hours on end, with no loaner ever being offered and no apologizing. Thank you Blue Skys for offering me a loaner, being polite through the whole process and getting me on the road as fast as humanly possible.

I appreciate that the in-person customer takes priority over an incoming telephone call.
