Massively overcharged for the recovery and then compounded it by charging $150 a day in impound fees. They refused to allow me access to the vehicle to recover any personal property (which according to the Alberta Highway Traffic Safety Act is illegal). Bonnyville RCMP were absolutely no help whatsoever, although a Sergeant at the detachment did admit that: "Look we know they're scam artists and multiple people have been taken advantage by them AND have complained to us, but there's NOTHING WE CAN DO."
