Installed my new Backflip cover completely wrong in which i had to re-install myself. Had bought a new set of tires to put on a new set of rims that they marked up during installation. These are just examples of the many disappointments of this service department over the years. The most recent being the recall water pump that was installed on my truck under warranty. After it was complete the heat would not work in the truck which the service manger took absolutely no responsibility for and just wanted to charge me more for coolant flush and ultimately wanted to change the heater core out without proper diagnosis and on my dime! Anytime our vehicles have been in this service department my wife and myself have left with disappointment and inconvenience of some sorts. I will not ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership nor will I ever bring anything to this service department ever again!
