Harry Hassall, along with sales manager Sean and finance manager Josh, made buying our new-to-us F150 a pleasure. All three struck us as honest, approachable and each took the time to answer our many questions. The only thing that we found challenging was reaching Harry via the telephone, HOWEVER, when we were face-to-face with Harry he let a call go to voicemail rather than answer the call.
