I bought a brand new car in the showroom and owned it for only 2 weeks when I ran over a screw. I took the tire to Westridge to have them fix it and found out it was going to cost me $721.00, they offered to pay half. They have accused me of hitting something as the sidewall has a tear in it as well, which I have not hit anything other than the screw. Just as the screw was visible when I took it to them to fix, you would think if I hit something it would have made a mark of some kind on the rim as well. But two of there own shop people took a look and said that there was no visible damage to the rim. I phoned the General Manager twice and he has not returned my phone call. I received a text message from a Westridge employee stating "I think we are being more than fair due to it not being a warrantable item from impact." I now feel as though I am being accused of lying when I am not and the screw was in the tire when I brought it to them.
