For a place branding itself as a British pub, they have uncharacteristically good salpicao, HAHA. But of course, that's something to appreciate on the side. What you go for at St. Patrick's are the drinks and the ambience. The frontage can be quite misleading because it's just this super closed off black gate, but when it comes alive it becomes quite the fun, attractive spot. They open only at night and until early morning, so it's pretty much that place you go to with friends for extended happy hour, but it's great that you can get good dinner here too (I already made my case for the salpicao! But do try the shepherd's pie also, the corned beef with cabbage, and the fish & chips which does look like the ones they serve on streetsides in London!). They have regular themed nights you can work your schedule around and take advantage of-- you're gonna wanna keep coming back anyway because of the laidback vibe. There's the Girl's Night Out Wednesdays for example, where it's buy 1 take 1 on all cocktails and wine for ladies, and the Thirsty Thursdays, where all foreign beers are just P100 flat. It's a cool place because the music's never too loud and boisterous and it's never taken over by just one particular profile of customers like hipsters or yuppies... you see all different kinds just having a chill, good time. read more
