We had an issue with this company which is a company we have used for years and have always paid on…read moretime and in full every month. I told them once, and again yesterday, that their employees were using a weed whacker to cut our lawn. Now, our yard is a small city-sized yard but not small enough to necessitate using a weed whacker. In fact before we starting using them we always used a lawn mower. Our issue was that when they use a weed whacker it doesn't cut the lawn fully and within a few days it was back to the length it was when they "cut it" with the weed whacker. They also, consistently moved bins around to get in our back gate and never put them back. Today I received a response to my last complaint and the response was , "...moving forward please find a new lawn service." Again, we are long-time customers and paid timely and in full and this is the way they correct this issue. Not by correcting their problem and make long-time customers happy but to basically drop them. This is a very, very poor way to handle a business. We are very dissatisfied.

I want to say we've been using them for about five years. We have had better service from them than the two companies we had used previously (one went out of business). We feel like the price is reasonable for the work we have done. They start up our system in April, do a mid season check up on the summer and shut it down in October. We're given a four hour window for our appointments. They call when they're about 10-15 minutes away. The guys have all been pleasant. If anything needs replacing (it's rare, but it happens), they explain what needs to be done and why. The person I speak to in the office is great! I literally have no complaints about, or issues with, this company. I have not used them for anything other than our irrigation system.

He was very professional and checked the operation of all 45 sprinkler heads. He found one that was worn, quickly replaced it and activated the system. First of all, they cut my grass while it was raining and in the darkening evening, so they left a skid mark, tire tracks, and piles of cut grass throughout the yard. Odean did say he would come and finish picking up the grass. The next day during the daylight I observed my yard. They did not cut grass along the fence, along the house, or on the side- front yard( partly because they still had concrete laying in the grass from the subpar driveway job they did for me), there was rows of grass not cut, the yard was not edged up, and the bushes were not completely trimmed up. I contacted Odean and he thought he did a great job and only needed to pick up the grass he raked. I was "over it". I found another lawncare service for 94% less for the same thing they did. The rocks are still in the yard from June 15th. And I contacted him several times about removal.
