Almost every single post had multiple scratches. We called and complained the first day and was told they would touch it up. After installation was complete, it was evident no touch ups were done. The owners stated that they can't control how the poles arrive to them. They suggested we buy paint and touch them up ourselves. When you spend 6 grand on a fence you expect there to be minimal damage to start. After multiple emails, they stated that when they had time they could bring a can of spray paint to try to pacify us. Also gate was very uneven among other issues. Still charged us full amount even though the poles were all damaged.

Vince promptly scheduled an appointment with me and arrived to see what I needed done. We agreed on the full boat. He contacted to replace my siding, windows add new fascia, soffit and gutters. I also needed some work done in my garage and a couple of things done in side my home. He also replaced 3 doors inside and out along with new locks. On top of all this Vince recommended a garage door company to install a new electric garage door. Once the materials arrived Joe and Martin went right to work. After some research, we felt good about calling Terry and the crew and scheduled them to come out for a quote. When we met with Terry to get his vision for a retaining wall; he was friendly and knew what we wanted from the start. He was able to match the brick work that was already pre-existing in the back of our house; which was a plus! Terry and his crew scheduled a time to come out to work on the wall; and they made it look awesome! They made sure to include drainage areas and the tiered looks is just what we wanted for the steep incline in our yard. Not only do we use GLC for our retaining wall, we also use them to treat our yard and do most of the yard work. When we first moved in, our yard was filled with mostly weeds and we had a "grub" problem. Well, with their help, our yard is looking better and the grass is actually green and well taken care of! They do all sorts of treatment throughout the year for us at a decent rate and we are so lucky to have them come out to mow the lawn too! It was hard to get a hold of them originally, I did a review then a d they finally called me back thay should have been my sign, however I took down the review to give them a chance as they were referred for being affordable. Well you definitely get what you pay for, especially when it comes to their lack luster customer service and ability to follow directions and respect to the home owners/ customers (none of which was given). I can mostly assume the disrespect from the crew was due to my demographic base on the reception that both I and my neighbor received by the crew 1. Not notifing arrival / departure 2. No permission request to begin work and points of entry, they illegally set up on my neighbors roof without notification of myself or asking permission 3. They were argumentative with both my neighbor and myself, the paying customer 4. The administrative staff made it worse and stated I gave permission that was never given and I reached out to VP that I did the walk through with and he confirmed where they would enter via my property and not the neighbors at all 5. They dont use pay links like most companies and zelle has limitations on which you can pay and the process was questionable 6. I had to constantly reach out on receipt of payment with delayed or no responses. The entire experience leaves me with the company or at minimum the workers are sexist, racist, uneducated on policies as it relates to liability, disrespectful and unprofessional. I never guessed I would have to send a company I'm paying thousands of dollars a email as such below: "To whom it may concern, The statement in the email below is absolutely false and unappreciated. I never stated verbally nor in person that anyone would be able to use my neighbors roof to access my own. It never even came up. I only expressed that whom ever could use the rear of my home and my balcony to access the roof, the same that was told to your workers. This email and the attitudes of your workers today was 100% unacceptable and I hope it is not how you normally conduct business. No one knocked on my neighbor or my door upon arrival, which is a major strike, and extremely rude. No one introduced themselves or spoke to either of us calmly upon explaining they were at the wrong property and on the wrong roof; they told us both owners that it was fine and that we would not be liable, which is false and problematic. If one or both of the owners express that they need to enter the appropriate way, that was what needed to be done! It is further concerning how dismissive they were the entire time and their logic being that it was easier to go through my neighbors roof instead of the access that I discussed and instructed. Anything could have happened or escalated due to this horrible situation. They literally trespassed on my neighbor's property and illegally access his roof and had the audacity to be rude about it, that is horrifying, anything could have resulted due to that alone. Further more we both have cameras and proof no one knocked on either of our doors upon arrival or departure. After further review of this email, the recklessness of the workers and all the issues of legalities/liabilities and the potential outcome if my neighbor would have protected his property or called the police does not sit well with me at all. "I am sorry that our crew accessed your property without permission. Unfortunately owner represented to us that she had prior permission to access your property. We will clean up and check your roof. I could not get the truck into my driveway so the crew carried the shingles up the ladder. I additionally had rotten wood on the back side of the house and this was also replaced. The job was done in one day and Brad from Republic came by during the day at least 3 times to make sure everything was going without a hitch. The manager of the installers also came by to check on the job. He returned later that day when everyone was gone and inspected the jobsite again. Not one branch on any shrubbery was broken and clean up was perfect. I highly recommend Republic Roofing to anyone needing a roof repaired or replaced.
