Why anyone continues to spend hard earned money there I don't understand. This was brought into work today by a sales vendor Ciabatta Bacon egg and cheese sandwich $6.59 What a joke-the pics speak louder than words actual vs website

broccoli cheddar soup and sandwich

The worst StL Bread Co I've ever had. We got a giftcard, this is how we ended up here. 2 soups, 1 sammy, 1 salad took more than 30 min. There was a long line for orders inside, and another longer line for pickup. We found out someone grabbed our order and left. My Cobb salad was gross. It smelled funny and the dressing has some old sour taste. I wasn't able to eat it, made me want to throw up. Chicken noodle soup was almost cold and had a bad bitter taste. Broccoli cheddar soup was warmer and good. Sammy was ok. Overall: a dirty StL Bread Co in Clayton :/

Chicken and Wild Rice

It wasn't exciting. I met a gentleman at Panera for a business meeting. Therefore, I picked up some chicken and wild rice. I should have gotten a lemon drop cookie. Food was good. They got me in and out. Great job.

Sweet!

Most of the time the food here isn't edible, the salads are made of rotten lettuce. We only order by mistake when it defaults to here.

Honestly, the 2 soups I tried the other night are still on my mind and I am trying to figure out how to have them again! How can I re-create them? How can I purchase a gallon of them? I cannot wait for the next pop up! When we went to The Vandy the other night for some cocktails, we knew that Soul Soup would be on the scene serving up 2 different soups for us to try (The High Life and Thai Me Up). The menu was posted on Angie's Insta page a few days in advance of the pop up (see photo of the menu) and I just knew we had to try them both! When we arrived and placed our cocktail orders, we also asked for a bowl of each of the soups to try and when they were brought out the table, they were piping hot and smelled so good! I was happy to know that rather than adding in the bacon to the High Life, they could serve it on the side so that my dining partner could enjoy the bacon while I just wanted to enjoy the soup with the pretzel bites no bacon! Two bowls of soup was a perfect amount for the 2 of us to share and when we were finished, Angie came out of the kitchen to meet some of the customers - it was so nice to meet Angie and she is seriously so friendly! I will keep my eyes peeled to her Insta to see when and where she will be next and you should too! It's soup season and if you want some of the best soup in STL, this is the place to find!

Came here on Wednesday night and it was pretty busy but we got a table easily. I've never been to a…read moreplace like this before so it was a little bit of a learning experience. You grab a bowl and start putting in whatever ingredients you want. They have a lot of different items that you can choose from. They have a weight minimum, which I think should be pretty easy to hit. Once you have all your toppings, they weigh your bowl and you pick out your soup broth. I really don't like spice so I went with the tomato soup base and it had a good flavor and a little bit of spice but definitely not too much. my friend got the sweet and spicy soup broth and it tasted delicious, but would've been too spicy for me. The food came out pretty quickly. They have a station for free rice and water which was really nice. They also had some suckers that you could grab as a little treat on your way out. I would definitely come here again, but it is a little bit pricey your bowl is gonna start around $16 and go up depending on the weight. Everything is super fresh and delicious so it is worth the cost.

I flinch whenever I hear the "movoc" and I get so excited I want to throw up whenever someone suggests going to movoc for a hangout. There are lots of toppings to choose from, and I think that the concept of hot pot price by weight just like FroYo is fun and unique. Service is fast, and clean. The hot pot was delicious and not too spicy and the sauces they had to offer were very delicious as well. Not too salty. It's a wonderful place, whether you go alone or with friends.

I promise it's worth it. Kitchen 95 is a Taiwanese restaurant located off of Page in Overland area. They used to be partners of Taike Shabu Shabu, the biggest Taiwanese restaurant in St Louis area back in the day so you know the food would be fire. My favorite is their fried boneless chicken leg, which would be offered for free if your order is over $50. It tastes almost the same as the one I had in Taiwan. It's crispy on the outside and super tender on the inside. Another dish that I love from here is the braised beef noodles soup. The broth was so flavorful and the meat was super soft. It's the best that I have had in the Stl area. Other dishes that I would recommend are the Hakka stir fried and the fish with black bean sauce but overall you can't really go wrong with anything. What amazes me is that all these amazing dishes were prepared by one person, who was also the owner. It's definitely hard work running this business for them so please be patient, and kind when leaving reviews.

Three Cup Chicken with rice $14 - This dish is one of their popular dishes and is all chicken covered in a tasty sauce. It's not my kind of dish because I prefer a variety vs all meat. Braise Pork Belly with rice $16 - The pork belly is cooked to perfection and melts in your mouth. It is served on a bed of baby bok choy. I was surprised to see two pieces of toast when I opened my box, but I wasn't complaining. My first bite was ok, but I was a bit grossed out at how much spread was on the bread. They didn't skimp on the avocado spread, but it was way too much and practically layered. Although the bread was soft, all the spread made it soggy and weighed down. My cookie was ok but nothing to write home about. Although I didn't care for the toast, I have no doubt I'll find something I like on my next visit.

Everything was delicious. The cookies and cream was a chocolate chip cookies with Oreos and it was probably the best chocolate chip cookies I've had in a long time.
